If you need sporting goods they have an expert for that. The customer service is outstanding, with fast friendly service. Yes you pay a little extra, but when you leave you will have the equipment you need.

Went into Joe's for some ski boots, found some on the clearance rack, they fit, we should be good to go. The staff in the ski area wanted to make sure the do fit. Well after a few measurements and correction to another pair of boot. We had the perfect ski boot the first time. You will not find this type of service on-line and you will have something that works(ish) not something that is fitted to your needs.

If you need something, they have the people to make sure you are happy.

When I win the power ball lotto this will be one of my first stops. And although I can't afford to drop stacks, I Always leave satisfied. Top quality gear, baits always good and prices are right. And the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, happy to help ya without talking down to you. Love this place.

This is my all time favorite sporting goods store!! They have thee BEST staff. Everyone has always been so friendly and welcoming. For me, going in as a newer angler they were always so patient and happy to answer the many questions I had. It is because of these guys I've been able to start fishing a number of new species I've wanted to try!

Hands down best fishing, tackle and bait shop in NE metro. Matt is fishing is top notch and always takes care of me. They always have great bait (including shiners when others don’t). Best selection of all the new hunting and fishing gear. Always have amazing sales on almost everything. This is the ONLY place I recommend to my fellow outdoorsman.

Every employee is super friendly and helpful. They know their products in the back of their head. I had ask for size 13 or 14 in men's. The employee shows me what brands they have in stock. I've ask for 9.5 men in wide feet. The employee in the shoes dept was able to help me find the correct size.

I like Joe's. They've got a great selection of quality stuff and their employees are super enthusiastic outdoors people as well. Just in there this week and given the whole ice fishing situation there are a mountain of bargans to be had!

Winter ski and winter apparel shopper here. Always well stocked, great selection and great service. They ask you or are easy to find for help with questions and checking stock for you for the right size. Emphasis on GREAT service!

We went here for the first time for their kids ski lease program. I was blown away by the competence and friendliness of the staff. Jim helped us and was amazing from start to finish. I'll definitely be going back here.

Wish I could give this place more than 5 stars. Been here several times and every time has been a great experience. Too many good experiences with their employees to take the time to write down to be honest. Great selection of everything from fishing to hunting and everything in between. Great and friendly and informative staff, it’s very obvious that they genuinely care and put the customer first every time. Please do yourself a favor and do your outdoor shopping here instead of Dicks, Cabelas, or Gander Mountain. This place is far superior plus you know your supporting a local stand alone store and not a huge chain. Stop in sometime. You won’t regret it.

Chris was extremely knowable, helpful and patient helping with youth ski boots. We appreciate his attention to detail, super easy to tell he has years of experience doing this.

Went here three separate times over the last week to get everyone outfitted with skis. I worried with three sperate people on each visit and each of them were knowledgeable, courteous, and incredibly patient as we made our selections. My son wanted his skis for the weekend and they talked to the ski tech how was happy to get everything adjusted right then and there instead of waiting the typical three days.

Great midseason prices and huge selection. I will buy all my skis from Joe's going forward with how well we were treated.

Cool little store with a lot of cool stuff for outdoor sports plenty of hunting gear running gear fishing just about everything outdoors only walking through the self protection / hunting isles I ran across some pretty disturbing items that should be taken off the shelves as they are VERY DANGEROUS AND DECEIVING FOR CHILDREN please protect our children and take these deceiving items OFF the shelf really a first aid medic kit that conceals and hides a pistol ??? What if your children were to get a hold of this nonsense wasn't the most well thought out idea for protection concealment resthink this and try to come up with a better solution thank you other than that the staff seemed adiment about helping and very informational

Joes is cool! Super great sale prices when I was there, and got a great coat at a great price! They also have a ton of other stuff, including outdoor goods, hunting, fishing and some other outdoor equipment.

The staff here is super friendly and helpful too! My favorite part of visiting was definitely the service. And the giant bald eagle out front of course...
