I've been with this clinic since 2013. I like that, if you don't have health insurance, the doctors and staff are willing to help you. I've been with this clinic since my youngest daughter only 18 month old and now she is 11 yrs going to be 12yrs this year. We love ours doctors and staffs there. We appreciate everyone who works there. Thank you for all those years we've been with you guys.

It was our 1st time there, my daughter's 15 year check up.. or caregiver was very easy to talk to, friendly, made us feel comfortable and shared a lot of information. Great experience, we found a new primary doctor, that we hope to create a great relationship

I’ve been seeing providers at West Side/ East Side Family clinics for 15+ years. All staff who work at the frontlines were dedicated and sensitive. Not only did I receive the care I needed, but also emotional and financial support from the healthcare team. When I knew people in my community who had barriers in getting healthcare I always sent them to the clinics and they got the basic care they needed to maintain their health.

I’ve been going to Eastside clinic for over 2 years. I love Lisa Smith, such a welcoming and friendly person! This clinic is fast, reliable, and easy when it comes to appointments and waiting time. The only downfall is they don’t have ultrasound machines, but that’s okay!

It’s been a few years since I came back to this clinic due a change in my insurance. Everyone was helpful upon arrival. Check-in was very fast and I didn’t have to wait too long for the doctor after speaking with a nurse. Dr. Lisa Smith was very friendly and professional. The nurse was also very a kind and fun person.

I simply Enjoyed meeting with Ms. Jane Peterson. She was Great to talk with. She didn't mind me asking questions. And she made references quickly on the basis of my questions and her answers. I Really Enjoyed her company as a Good Person in General. Also the service at the front desk was informational and fast as well as the fast and friendly service with the pharmacy.

She took me seriously. Listened to what I had to say. And didn’t just blame my problems on needing to lose weight.

The people who work here are SO nice, helpful, and very competent. My doctor, Elise Marcotte, was great and really took time to help me. She was thorough, professional, listened so well, and kind. I really appreciated her care!
