Fun, friendly, reasonable, delicious food, my compliments to the chef, (Denise), good people.

Diverse and energetic. People are all very friendly and drinks are ok with good prices. Good music good pool table and smoking area out the side. Clean and safe. Good place to.have a drink with a friend.

Best neighborhood bar ever!!!!! Sweet and simple. Great food, great drinks, & great service. Great environment. I Love them & I will never stop coming. Chris is great. Also I can't remember her name, but she typically works day shift. She is a little older but she's awesome sauce.

This is an awesome neighborhood bar! I absolutely love all the changes the owners have made! Really good food as well :) all made from scratch! Wonderful group of people and we always feel safe there because they have security every night! While you are there buy one of their St Paul Saloon hoodies! I Love this place!

Great atmosphere! The bartenders are friendly and know how to make a drink! You can make new friends here! I also hear they have amazing food... I guess you'll have to find out for yourself. Neighborhood gem.

This was never a high-class Society upper-class type of place. It was called The Little Dipper it was just your local little bar where you go get a cold beer. Since the movement of others from other states into the East Saint Paul rental districts the clientele has changed quite a bit. December 6th 2022 just last night a man was killed outside of this bar by the police. Just a few months ago in the summer 2022 there was a big shootout right on the corner almost right in front of this place. It's sad to see this neighborhood turn into Chicago but there you go.

I love this place! The prices are VERY reasonable, the wait staff was awesome (Geo was our bartender and was a ton of fun) and everyone was super friendly. Will definitely be back.

The food is great and the new owner has really turned the place around. The prices are good and the staff is friendly and inviting. It's great having this place within walking distance of where I work. I wish they had online ordering for take out or at least a menu online I could call and order off of.

We stopped in before seeing a show at Mounds Theater next door. I had the chicken tacos (fried). They were very good. I would recommend stopping in this neighborhood bar for drinks and a bite to eat.

This is a place for a specific crowd but the crowd is definately my type of people..... The owners are solid dudes and this place has great potential. I would suggest you try the "Zoo Keeper" burger..... I have mine medium rare. It comes with a burger patty, chicken patty, egg, bacon, cheese and smoothered in BBQ sauce......😍😍😍😍 if I die it will probably be while eating 1 of these....

Miss Geo the bartender was awesome and pours a mean drink ;) Felt like she was a huge attribute to the place b/c of her great personality and fun-loving spirit! Felt like Cheers!

Really nice little hole in the wall place. Owners are nice, wait staff are hilarious, and the drinks are reasonably priced. I heard it was a crappy place before, but the new owners have really turned it around.

Local neighborhood bar! Good food friendly staff. Located on St.Pauls East Side. Suggest you be on your best behavior. Some of the locals don’t take to kindly to outsiders

Great establishment. A lot of the negative reviews are not about their patrons but about individuals who are outside the bar. This is a business worth supporting on the east side!

It's a place you can stop down anytime and feel right at home...good people... great food. Can't go wrong.

Loved that atmosphere here. Great staff. Strong drinks and good prices on food and drinks. Pull tabs and darts and pool avail.

Love the place, however there is one customer I have had the unfortunate experience of knowing that is frequent. Other than that, an amazing place.

The boneless buffalo wings are the best I ever had! Ashley was the bartender and was on top of it, never went without a cold Corona.
