In my 40 years, Dr. Ashley Forstrom is the best family medicine doctor that I've met. She is extremely knowledgeable and beyond personable. I feel safe and comfortable asking questions, and she is great at explaining things. She cares about me, my health, and finding ways for improvement. Without a doubt, I would recommend Dr. Forstrom to my family and friends.

One of the best clinics I’ve ever been to. All of the clinicians are absolutely amazing. Staff is very thoughtful.

I changed to Dr. Kenan Guilmette because she was available, turned out to be the best medical decision I've made in years .I feel like I'm in the best care possible with her, she explained everything to me compassionately, listened to my concerns, and went above & beyond my expectations. I have a new Doctor, & I am pleased for the first time in uesrs

Dr. Mollie R. Naughton really professional and educated doctor. I saw her first time today and I’m impressed. I saw Dr. Patricia before but unfortunately she retired I had to find another doctor and I did. Thank you Dr. Mollie.

Google misdirected me here as an "urgent care" facility, but even though I came here in error everyone was super kind and helpful, albeit confused why I was there! Can't say enough nice things about these folks.

Dr. Cole was fantastic to work with! She did a beautiful job removing a mole and was considerate about making a minimal scar.

Met with doctor Fichtel and she was very caring and understanding, listened closely and provided useful info. Would be very happy to continue seeing her.

I wouldn't get my labs or flu/covid shots at this location. Came here because it's small and was looking for a more personalized experience. Instead was left wishing I had gone to one of their bigger clinicks like the St Louis park one for example. Slow service for getting shots. Definitely could make that more efficient. Also no instructions what floor or room to go to in the online scheduling. Lab here was just ok, not a friendly lab technician.

We had an appointment at this clinic , I felt clinic is unorganized with respect to time, they don’t respect patients time and made us to sit for at least 30 min to see doctor and may be 10 min for nurse.
I understand every patient(who had an appointment just before us)will come for different health problems and I respect them and that will delay a bit, But why can’t clinic plan properly with the scheduling, we (entire family with kids) waited for the doctor for 40 minutes, some people might have taken little break from
Work to show up for appointment and need to go back to work and you guys should be aware waiting in clinic with kids ( it’s testing time for kids patience) how hard it is. Hope you guys understand this and plan things in a proper way and won’t make patients sit for 30-40 minutes.

My wife had an appointment at park Nicollet maple groove sometime back and we were 12-14 min late for the appointment due to bad weather and my appointment was canceled(my wife was 4-5 month of pregnancy) asked us to reschedule with no courtesy towards patient and I think it got charged (don’t remember exactly). Why doesn’t the same rule(make the nurse , doctor wait for patient to come)apply for nurse, doctor or the clinic?

This review is specifically for clinic and on making us wait……. We had a very good experience with doctor that was most satisfying and I can give 4.5 rating.

Please do not use the Lab. The woman at this center’s lab, inserted needle into my arm and to my surprise she moved the needle itself while it was inserted in my vein, which was extremely painful. Now my arm has all the blue colored bruises. I am attaching a picture for you to see. DO NOT GET YOUR LAB DONE AT THIS PLACE PLEASE.
Update - I got into contact with this Wayzata center over the phone on July 31, and explained the condition of my arm, because of the lady who drew my blood. But to my surprise, I was told by a nurse, that I just need to go myself to any urgent care to be seen. On asking about the responsibility for the fees to see the Dr, I received no support. On asking further that Park Nicollet Wayzata, should take responsibility of healing this, I received no responsible response and no support. Never expected this from a Park Nicollet Clinic.

I wish I would have read the reviews before coming here. As others have said, do not get your labs done here. The lab tech I had was not very friendly/personable and pretty aggressively shoved the needle in, missed my vein, and then proceeded to move it all around inside my arm pretty aggressively which was very uncomfortable and completely unsuccessful at drawing any blood. After that I said “I am done, I need to leave.” The lab tech blocked me in my chair and said “we are getting this done” and would not let me leave and was going to try to poke me again until I repeated myself 2-3 more times. How scary. I have never run out of a clinic so fast.

My annual wellness exam (which is covered by insurance) turned out into a $300 bill because of the way they "coded" it. Disappointed and will not be back.

Terrible phone communication. Don't even try to call your doctor's nurse with a question.

I couldn't get my blood drawn today without a fax from my doctor at the mayo clinic, like an ROI. I have insurance, I'm here in person, what other permissions should you need besides myself. I should be able to be in charge of my own health. #healthPartners

Dr. Sagahl is my Internist. Older gentlemen, kind, caring, listens, quiet but thorough. Nothing but praise. But I cannot stress enough do NOT get lab work performed in their lab. I lodged a complaint with the front desk and left to have my work done at WestHealth Lab in Plymouth. Their lab tech was rude, dismissive, argumentative and outright combative. I will never allow that Lab or its techs to perform ANYTHING and will take my orders elsewhere. After leaving, 20 minutes later the Lab Tech called me insisting I return to Wayzata to pick up my orders. I found out after returning to my office she gave me the WRONG orders!!!!! I had to reach out to the Wayzata clinic AGAIN and have the physician's nurse fax the correct orders to my firm. I am stunned at this negligence and was assured by the physician's nurse that the supervisor for this lab tech would see the incorrect documents I was demanded to pick up that I faxed back to them to corroborate my complaint. DO NOT use this lab under any circumstance.

Extremely disappointed with the care I received here at the dermatology office. I had to postpone my initial appointment at the SLP location due to cold-like symptoms and was rescheduled to see Dr. Rusin in a last minute cancellation spot at the Wayzata location. When I met Dr. Rusin, he seemed nice and professional at first. Though when I was describing my condition and issues to him, he said "That really is not my forte', I specialize is growths, spots, lesions and skin cancers." I was told to come back and schedule with a resident who could tell me more about a more up and coming medicine that could potentially help my condition. When I realized he was not going to help me with what I came in for, I asked him about my life long issue with psoriasis. He SERIOUSLY lifted his hand up to me in the "stop" position and had the audacity to say "We were only scheduled to discuss your issues with *****." I have never in my life felt so disregarded and uncared for as far as a provider goes. To top all of that off? I was sent a $286.02 bill. Medical robbery. Blatant medical robbery.
