The UPS Store in Wayzata is awesome! They continue to provide excellent customer service and al are also very well staffed every time I go in-even if there is a line, there are multiple people to help which is always greatly appreciated!! Thank you.

All I can say is that this UPS Store is OUTSTANDING!! If I could give the UPS Store in Wayzata six stars here I would have. I recently bid on and won a fragile item from an auction in St. Paul that needed to be packaged and shipped. The auction place sends their items to the UPS Store here for packing and shipping. I called and spoke with Robby at the UPS Store here who was very friendly, patient and helpful with my questions about packing my item. My item was delivered yesterday (using UPS Ground service) and upon opening the package I could immediately see that Robby had packaged the item VERY securely and professionally. I am SO impressed with the staff at The UPS Store in Wayzata, MN! They have helped me to create the best business cards that I have ever had for my business. They are very creative and have multiple tools and options for just about every aspect of printing, marketing, & mailing for your business. Seriously, I did not know the full scope of what they can actually do for you. Just had another professional and excellent experience at the Wayzata UPS store number 3798. As usual the service was responsive, solution oriented, efficient and the whole store vibe positive. I had to ship a few paintings and a 65 year old heavy clock across the country. I put it off because I often take delivery from online retailers where the packages were often damaged. I used UPS in Wayzata and was impressed with the service beginning at the store. They were thorough describing how the packages would be shipped and when I received it, the packaging job was incredible. Every piece was wrapped, boxed, wrapped and boxed again with foam and packaged professionally. I was surprised on the detail. I highly recommend them for your shipping needs.

In a world that has become automated and impersonal, the UPS Store of Wayzata offers amazing personal service and attention to detail. Paul and Andrew do whatever they can to make sure that orders and projects are executed in a professional and timely manner. I recently had them handle the shipping of 102 boxes to 102 addresses and they managed everything from start to finish. And another PLUS is that they are very active and supportive in our community! This store is amazing. I have had a box here for several years and they are always on top of their game. One time I came in in a tuxedo to pick up my gift for the wedding. They took notice and made a special effort to rush me through. Thanks guys and gals! You are the best!
