This place has the best meats and selection. Their brats, breakfast sausage links, jerky and smoked salmon are favorites in our household. Would highly recommend!!

Every time I fly back home Minnesota to visit family, I look forward to stopping in. My mom also always makes sure to bring beef sticks and jerky on all our vacations together. The staff is amazing and always so kind. TRY THE POT PIES!!!!!!!!!!! I've heard a lot about this little meat market since moving back to the Metro area. When I was requested to pay a visit, I thought "What the heck." Of course, my wife checked it out first and brought home some thick cut smoked Pork Chops. Fantastic!
I am a connoisseur of Beef Jerky... And this place is most certainly in the top five or of the hundreds I have tried. The Campfire Jerky is nice and mellow... A great nibble for those who live life cautiously... But if you like a full tasting Jerky, then String is the way to go. Amazing flavor with a lingering aftertaste that can only be described as afterglow! So glad I stopped in today.

This is one of my favorite stores in Minnesota, maybe even in the world. Those who grew up in a small town will understand. Do not miss the opportunity just to stop in if nothing else.

Incredible selection of local items and the arroma of smoke is incredible as it hits you walking through the door.

Rosemary, Garlic and bacon wrapped pork tenderloins is our family's go to. We also enjoy the Fresh Fajita Mix and you can never go wrong with their house made selections of summer sausage and meat sticks. The bacon is incredible, we bake it in the oven on parchment paper for best results.

You can't go wrong here.

Best Turkey Jerky in MN. Great meats, fantastic sides, served up by the sweetest people that make you feel like family. But meat isnt the only offering of this homey market, they have the most fabulous homemade caramels that are absolutely mouth wateringly delicious and will make you come back for them if nothing else!

This place is the best! Great service and a wide selection of fresh and frozen meats. I have tried several of their products and everything has been fantastic! Whenever I'm in the area I always stop in.

What are the best meat markets I’ve been to? This is one with the top honors of the state !!! Highly recommend it, whether it’s a slab of ribs, their cowboy ribeye, or their many homemade salads in-house. This place is incredible! Worth a trip for sure.

The past few years, we've enjoyed smoked turkey for Thanksgiving from Mackenthun's and didn't hesitate about continuing our "tradition"! Picked up this year's delicacy and the nice woman (I should have asked her name) rang me up quickly and she carried it to my car, so I didn't risk dropping it (I'm in a wheelchair)!

The whole ride home, the car smelled amazing and it took all my restraint to not rip open the plastic and start gnawing on it!

Great place for a variety of meats, salads and grocery items. Especially fond of their brats, bacon, marinated chicken breasts, seasoned pork and turkey patties.

This is my favorite butcher - great cuts of meat. Their beef jerky is out of this world. Really enjoy the chicken pot pie and lasagne in the freezer section. We drive 30+ mins to go here- it’s that good

Best meat market around! Gluten free brats, summer sausages. Wonderful lunch specials and sandwiches! Make sure to stop here when you go through Saint Bonifacious!

Very interesting place, great brats. Brought a s jalapeno salami home and enjoyed that. Didn't try the variety of jerked meats they had.
