We had a great experience shopping for and buying a new dining set. Tyler was very helpful and informative but we didn't feel pressured into buying anything. It was a pleasureable furniture shopping endeavor and Tyler's personable, no pressure sales approach was a perfect fit for us. We did have an issue with the table being slightly damaged during delivery and he has gone above and beyond to make it right. Thanks again for all of your Help Tyler!

We had a great experience with Calvin at this Ashley store! We visited twice before finalizing a purchase of couch, ottoman, and some purple pillows. He was helpful, knowledgeable, gave us space when needed as we looked, and patiently answered all of our questions. We were surprised to learn he has only worked there a short time. We had a wonderful experience on Friday 2/9/24 at the North Branch location picking out a sectional and dining room table. Tyler was super personable and helpful to find what our family was looking for. We can't for our new items to be delivered! Thank you for all your help!

Carlos R-L was great. He helped us get the perfect couch and in a timely manner. We was also patient with us even though we hadn't left the store until about 15 minutes after close.

Update: We went back for a second couch and worked with Carlos again. The selection we were looking at wasn't available in the showroom to see, but Carlos was extremely patient in helping us find one that would fit our needs. He is great!

We came in looking to purchase a new mattress. Tyler was very knowledgeable and very helpful in pointing us in the right direction and helping us to select the mattress we were looking for and that was in our price range!

Logan was incredibly helpful in my selections of a new mattress and new pillow. He was knowledgeable about each of the mattresses and offered insight into which ones would be the best fit for my desires. Highly recommend!

After narrowing it down to a love seat and a new mattress, Greg patiently went through the different comfort levels on each mattress brand and helped us make our final decision. I was helped by Katrina Bauer at the North Branch store. I was not exacting sure what I was wanting in a new bed. Katrina showed me many options and even went to the sister store to see if there was something there I would want. I found the frame I wanted but I wanted drawers under it and there weren’t any, Katrina made it work so I could get EXACTLY what I wanted. She was so knowledgeable and answered every question I had on the different types of mattresses and bed frames. I never once felt like I was taking up her time or being pressured into buying anything. She was such a joy to work with and I am going to recommend her to all my friends.

Katrina made sure to be thorough when going through the numbers so we could see all of our options for purchasing our new dining room furniture and bed. Thank you Ashley home store for being near me in North Branch. I had been off again on again looking for a new accent chair, something for me to watch television comfortably. The beginning of September I hit all the furniture stores up in North Branch, they were all similar. When I went into Ashley I had the nicest salesman that I met in any of the stores,Greg Hult. I gave Greg a brief rundown of what I was looking for. He was quick to point out some chairs that he thought would fit the bill. He was a salesman that actually listened to what his customer was looking for! Sadly for Greg and Ashley I literally was in the store probably about five times in a month. I finally picked the chair that I would take home. I told Greg and some of the other employees that everyone should have customer service skills like him. If you are in the market for furniture or wall art or lamps, stop into Ashley in North Branch I am sure you will not be disappointed! Thank you Greg for all your help and everyone else at Ashley in North Branch.

Katrina at the North Branch Ashley furniture was the best. She answered all of our questions and has amazing customer service. Shes definitely a wonderful person. She helped us with our new bed selection and got us a great deal.
