The manager here is a gem, and her employees are superb. Ouafaa is absolutely wonderful. She helped me out of a tight spot when she didn't have to without ever having met or seen me before.

Gluten free and dairy free here due to some medical issues. Cross-contamination isn't usually enough to make me feel terrible so I'm usually fine ordering fries. This time I also wanted to try a burger. They don't have any gluten free buns but said they would put some extra lettuce for me to use as a wrap. The burger came in a nice togo box and was loaded with pickles (my fave!). Thanks a bunch for accommodating me! 😀

Went through the drive thru and ordered a Cobb salad. Had it at work for lunch and it was fantastic! Definitely will go back for another one.

Ordered online fast, easy, and good food

My husband and I stopped in today and I wanted to take a minute and acknowledge the cashier Jennifer. She was wonderful! She greeted every customer like an old friend she was happy to see, and worked to make us feel special. You don't typically see customer service like that in fast food. Way to go Jennifer!

I have never had an unfriendly experience at this restaurant. That may seem a bit out there, but it's true. The people who work here have been friendly in my experience. It is also a clean place to eat and generally quiet. It's a Wendy's, so you probably already know about what they serve. The rating is for the staff.

The woman who was working the drive thru today at 3:40 today is as rude and impatient as they come. This is not the first time I've had horrible experience with the drive-thru staff at the Wendy's in Forest Lake. I highly recommend that you do not visit this Wendy's location. The food has come out wrong about 80% of the time and having to wait in line again to correct the order. I asked for a glass of ice water and the woman in the Drive-Thru gave me an entire glass of ice with about two sips of water in it. I think she thought this would be funny but it's not. I wish the owner or the management would get some staff that would do their job and make things right instead of anger a customer so they never come back. Next time I will be visiting a McDonald's or Burger King or a White Castle for my lunch but never this Wendy's in Forest Lake again unless they make it right.

Great food, great service. Our fries and did were fresh, hot and delicious. Love this Wendy's! (TIP: spend $2 on a frosty key ring tag, and anytime that you go into the restaurant and show it for all of 2017, you can get a *free* jr. size frosty with your order every time :-) totally worth it to me, I use it a lot!)

Came in today (Saturday) at noon...the gal taking/completing orders at the front register at noon was bombarded! Yet she was composed, friendly and efficient; the food was hot and the order was correct. The whole crew was amazing. Thanks!

I like Wendy's because you can get Biggie Bag meal for $5-6 with everything. No need to spend a lot off money for a quick meal.

Food was made correctly and promptly. Which was appreciated as the line was quite long around the building. Dealt with 2 staff members however that offered no customer service whatsoever.

The best Wendy's I have ever ate at in over 5 years. This place is outstanding to be fast food.
They put the inner city locations to shame.
Brooklyn center and Minneapolis need to take notes, lessons and criticism from Forest Lake.
