Burger King

Our order is always right. I like the charbroil taste burgers and Tyson’s double cheeseburger is always plain like he likes it. The French fries are better because they are thicker. We never have to wait too long and the employees are very nice.

As we headed up north on a Friday afternoon we decided to stop and dine in at BK. For reference we probably eat at BK maybe once every two to three months, and I typically will get some sort of chicken sandwich. Well I will say that this location made the best Spicy Ch’King sandwich I’ve ever had. The bathrooms were clean and they have a self pour (that can be touchless) soda machine. There is a play place but it was closed when we had stopped in mid May 2022.

The guys working tonight 11/18 at around 730ish were absolutely incredible. The service was on point, answered my random questions with ease and the foods perfect too, really a great experience I just wish I remembered their names but either way, it was awesome.

Josh and Lauren were absolutely phenomenal, my buddy and I came into the Burger King Late and coming from experience, this sucks when you are turning off the grills and fryers. Josh was incredibly nice about it and was happy to serve us and Lauren did a great job being quick. Their customer service made the experience wonderful and I would recommend this Burger King to anyone if Josh or Lauren are working

The food is great at Burger King

Great deal only $12 for two meals with drinks and giant sandwiches. Got onion rings. My daughter got fries and their onion rings are awesome. The kid that helped us was really kind really courteous and very diligent brought our food out to the car because they were making fresh onion rings, thank you by the way the Coke taste better there than anywhere else

The staff are friendly, fast, and genuinely want you to enjoy your meal as much as possible.

It is a Burger King. If you are expecting Burger King, then, you've come to the right place. The food is presumably edible, and tastes like Burger King.

I mean seriously, if you're reading this review about Burger King to determine if you should go to Burger King, then you have devoted far more time to this decision making process than 95% of the United States population.

Go to the Burger King. Get your food. Stuff your face. Don't have such high expectations, and you will not be disappointed.

I can't recall a time when the staff at this location were ever rude. So today, like any other times I've been through here with my family for breakfast on the go, the staff like before were always courteous and very friendly. Keep up the good work team! Thank you for doing your jobs!

Oh my gosh! I was here 2 was ago and the man in drive through was absolutely amazing! So funny! So smart with my ice cream cup! I think I should go there today 🤔

I always hate having to do drive through with 6 people (4 young ones), but thanks to covid dining rooms are closed. Ordering by drive through is complicated and things rarely come out right. Our order came out scary fast so I was sure half of it would be wrong. Not the case! Spot on, and excellent food. Everyone was happy, something that is rare in a larger family. Well done!

It's Burger King, so what can I say? It was fast, and not greasy. The bathroom was very clean, as was the seating area.
I'm not much of a fast food person, but BK is my travel food while out on the road. Good prices and I know what I'll always be getting whenever I order for taste and quality.

We had a really good experience eating at this burger kind tonight. It was very clean and the workers were very nice. We originally went to the forest lake location on our way home from the airport, we live in Chicago City and had to go out of our way to drive to North branch, because the forest lake location was short handed and the lady had no idea how long it would take to get food, she said it could take anywhere from a half an hour or longer, so we left and went to North branch

It’s rare for me that the service gets more stars than the food, but the employees workin here really make you feel welcomed

Dirk (unsure of spelling) was fantastic! Our ordering experience was like nothing I've experienced before. He was quick, efficient, but not rushed. Very polite. He built a personal connection at the window congratulating my girlfriend and I on her pregnancy and took the time to chat with us while he bagged our order. This is something we don't expect at a drive through. And it was a pleasant change. I can't say enough how pleasant it was to be here. With more employees like him we would visit more frequently. This was an experience you would expect at a sit down "fancy" diner. And often they fall short. 10/10 to this employee!

Was packed but I got my food in a decent time so I'm going to say you guys did very well

Very clean, everyone seemed to be enjoying their job. I came during a small Rush so everybody was in a good mood customer service was high. Drive-thru was not backed up Frontline was not backed up you placed your order you got your food very quickly. Overall I would rate it a five-star experience definitely recommend bringing small children for they do have a play area. That always helps to have the little ones running around. I would recommend it to all my friends.

Karen in North Branch’s BK was literally the best BK employee I have ever experienced. Joyful, articulate, on it. How refreshing to have such good customer service!

I prefer BK over McDonald's..I like the char broiled taste. I had a whopper and it was delicious. I like the thicker fries. I think they were and skinny and hard. I like the current way they make them. Definitely be eating there again. It is 15 miles away though. Bring one to Cambridge please!
