Very friendly staff. They were fully stocked and weren't crowded. I had enough room to navigate around and found what I needed. I'm glad I caught them at their $2.95 foam hand soap sale

The young woman that was working today had top notch customer service skills. Cashier 3878808. She asked which 3 wick scents were my favorite and even though my picks were seasonal she made another recommendation that I ended up loving.

My wife and I were at this shop 2 times; about 2.5 months ago and 3 weeks ago. My wife has medical issues and both times she had a problem. The staff was very kind and considerate. They found a chair for her to sit in until she felt better. In all my years of shopping I have never seen such kind compassionate behaviour by staff.
This store has a fantastic vibe. you are warmly greeted when you enter. The staff is attentative and helps you find what you are looking for. When you make your purchase they are very personable and thank you for coming in.

I have to start by saying that this store is actually and OUTLET ( for those that don’t live in the area) . Very friendly staff and amazing discounts.

I had the best in my 15+ years of shopping with bath and body works. Yesterday, I drove 50 minutes to this location and I'm so happy I did. As I walked in I was greeted with a welcoming smile by April. She was so nice and helped me find items I was looking for around the store. Once I filled a shopping bag, she was so nice and took it to set behind the counter so I didn't have to carry it around. When I checked out she was there again. April was super helpful with showing my coupons and rewards in the new bbw app. She carefully bagged each item. I didn't even realize how great she packed them until I got home! Most times the stores are so busy during the SAS they throw items in without care. She even helped carry my bags out to my car! I've never once has this type of experience or service ever. She was so patient and didn't rush either which is so refreshing. She made my day :)

Team member helped me through out my shopping time spent in store. Very knowledgeable and also checked my items out at the register. Used some coupons and a reward on the app. Saved big money and will be supplied with candles and hand soap for a while. This outlet you never know what will be on sale or clearance, plus new arrivals daily.

I was there for the Big Candle Sale. In and out in 10 minutes. Was very well planned out for safety measures and customer service was right on the spot!

Always so much fun. As my daughter stated, "people go there and smell everything in the store, weird". But seriously, it's great. Staff is very kind and helpful. Something for everyone there.

This is their "discontinued" store. So if you need one more shot at that Shea butter hand cream in the scent "into the night" , you could find it here. They do have a selection of their "White Barn" line. Not a tremendous amount but scattered thru the store. Love "kitchen lemon" and so does everyone else, so their were only 2 pumpers of hand soap left. But I got a "tremendous deal" on pumper soaps (pumpkin or coconut anyone??) and hand creams that were up to 90% off. 45 bucks worth of stuff for just over 20 dollars because I bought the 90-75-50% off offerings. Have fun, and just when you THINK you are done, there's something else you will find. Huge men's area, too!! Get the guy something that smells great!

The ladies here are so much fun! They will help you find any sent. It's how they are normal and will talk to you about anything. Love this store

I finally stopped because this store is not listed by corporation as being open. I did not want to go to the cities for the few things I needed. YES...they are open!! North Branch has always been my favorite store, even when I lived in the cities and was traveling up North. Please stop in!! It was fairly busy, too. They keep customer traffic to the required maximum and offer hand sanitizer at the door by the greeter. Mask up!

Went in to the store last night for the Semi annual sale and the ladies were so helpful. One in specific came over and spoke to my daughter about her Christmas, which made my shopping easier. Great experience!
