Chicken Shack Riverview

Always had great food/experience, decided to try something different than their chicken and ordered the cod, very good.....good batter with great sides of potatoes squares & Cole slaw.....friendly employee.....

The Gentleman working told us we would be back once we mentioned it was our first time trying this place. He was ABSOLUTELY correct! The chicken was fantastic! Potatoes were amazing! Rolls were ok but not bad, will definitely try a different side. I would completely recommend this location over any other big chain like KFC, or Popeyes. The chicken was hot and oh so crispy and juicy! Found our new go to chicken place!

The lady on the phone was busy but nice and polite,the cook in the back was prompt and food was good.Not a bad wait at all.

Man, after this experience my love for Chicken Shack is back! I went in after 8 when my shift was over and the food was so good. Only suggestion is to make the spicy chicken sandwich more spicy! I'm thinking I was probably given regular sandwiches which were good but I was in the mood for that spicy!!! Thanks though! I'm not in the area much but if I ever am, I will visit again.

I think the portion sizes are great if not too big, I have no idea what others are talking about. The shack potatoes are amazing. The chicken bites are amazing. The food is always fresh and hot and my order has never been wrong in any way so far. After my initial visit I have always ordered ahead because it does take a little bit to prepare, and I paid the same for the chicken bites snack as I do now for the 2 egg breakfast special at Zorba's so I think the prices are pretty reasonable.

Picked up dinner for the fam tonight and just had to share how GREAT everything was!!! The food is all super flavorful and delicious, service was awesome, super friendly and helpful, and pricing wasn't too bad either for a family meal. Always forget about this location, but honestly, food was even better quality than the other locations Definitely will be sure to make this a regular stop for our busy family.

Not really a fancy dining experience. But it's made " fresh per order" unlike chain chicken places . Cheaper than KFC 🍗 and much more flavorful chicken 🐔. Highly recommended.

First time here and will be going back. The employees were very nice. Was hoping to get a snack wrap but was told they didn't have them. Maybe a lunch thing and I was there at dinner. Ended up getting crispy chicken sandwiches. They were delicious.

Food was good the staff was friendly and even gave me extra sauce to try.

Ordered the chicken, potatoes, coleslaw and rolls for a party and it was a hit. Everyone was asking where did you get this chicken, it's great! I was very pleased with everything. The order was ready on time for pick up, the food tasted wonderful and I will definitely be ordering again. Thanks Chicken Shack!

Awesome! The chicken tenders are huge and juicy. I could only eat three of the five. They're so big. Can't wait to try the ribs. Onion rings are real onion rings not like what you get at BK drive-thru. Best chicken anywhere.

The food at the time of my visit was made to order. It was done right and tasted very good. Some could find it an issue with wait times when it comes to serving customers in that fashion but it results in freshly made food. If you like places similar to KFC or Churches you should like this place.

Plenty of parking. Easy to enter and leave. Not sure if they actually use their drive thru window, at the time I came to the restaurant it was not being used and someone was actually parked at the front of the window. Assuming to promote it was not in service. Again not entirely sure if it was a one off or not.

The staff was friendly and very up front and honest about wait times during my visit due to the volume of orders currently present. They were quick and accurate upon taking my order and making it. If they had more help it would definitely improve the wait times.

For what it is (a fast food like restaurant) it's a bit pricey but for the quality and taste it was fine. I didn't feel like I overpaid once I got my order. In fact their ribs are very competitively priced for what you get.

In short, the wait times could be improved but I don't hold it against them due to the level of customer service they provided along with the quality of the food I received. Overall I would come here again and would say this is a step above a "KFC". P.S. they have some really good barbecue sauce.

I just truly enjoyed the last 30 minutes of my life. I randomly stopped to get something quick to eat and the staff is hysterical. In the best way. I am not being sarcastic or mean I honestly enjoyed my visit. The banter between staff members was just lovely. Then this idiot guest broke their pop machine and said nothing to no one. I ran over when I realized it was overflowing onto the floor and the guest who broke it just looked at me like the mouth breather he was saying...I don't know, I don't know. Anyhow, I wanted to commend your staff for just fixing the problem with kindness and efficiency. They are much more patient and kind then I could ever be. The food was excellent too...but the people made the visit memorable.
