After more than 20 hours of asking to unlock my SIM card, Ben and a far away tech support Sam got the problem solved.

Ben let me use his phone for four hours to troubleshoot with the tech team. Thank You Ben.

Ben was kind and patient. He took over the necessary steps to erase my phone and reinstall it successfully.

While helping me, Ben also served other customers with the same kindness and patience. Ben is very good at multi tasking. He knows his stuff.

My experience working with cell phone providers has not been very pleasant up until an appointment at the Victra Verizon Store in Lino Lakes. Brock A. was knowledgeable, courteous, and made recommendations based on the numerous changes we needed to make to our account. The best customer service I have had for a long time! Thanks Brock!

We went in the store to check on upgrading my son’s phone. Eddie gave us excellent service! He went over our plan and found out we were missing a military credit so now we’re saving $25 every month. He got my son’s new phone up and running quickly. He’s very personable and kind.

I was helped my Brock for a second time in 4 months and each time I was amazed by his patience, positivity and ability to multi task under extreme pressure. He was the only one working today and handling 4-5 customers at a time, going back and forth making sure no time was wasted and each customer was being simultaneously served. I know everyone in that store was happy with his service. While I waited I noticed each person, like myself, enters the store with bewilderment and sometimes frustration but each time Brock would ask what brings you in today? He would always follow it up with “I can help you with that.” And he does! Thank you again, Brock, for all your help today. You were delightful and amazing!

I stopped in the store to get a new device and Quade helped me out immensely. He was very informative about the packages offered and helped guide me to the best savings for our family. He hooked us up with Internet and we couldn’t be happier. Stop in and ask for Quade!

Benjamin was excellent to work with and helped us upgrade two phones seamlessly.

Started a new line and ported my number from my corporate phone. Anna couldn't have been more helpful and accomodating along with friendly. It took some time but she was thoroughly professional and knowledgeable. I couldn't recommend Anna or this store highly enough.

Brock was super helpful and very friendly. He provided excellent customer service with a can-do attitude and a genuine smile on his face the whole time. The best experience we've ever had in a Verizon store!

5-star service from Brock at Lino who helped us get our kiddo set up with her first phone. He was amazing interacting with an excited 11-year-old and also reassured mom of all the parental controls, safety features, and warranties for the inevitable. We even returned a few hours later to trade in an old iPad for a new one for mom because Brock knew the promotions inside and out. Great service and Brock’s enthusiasm was contagious. A high-five on our way out, and we’ll be back!

All the folks that work here are top notch and willing to answer all questions. Highly reccomend.

The is is a busy store and the staff is always trying to help everyone while being courteous. As a customer be prepared to be patient because some problems aren’t always easy to fix.

This location is the BEST Verizon retailer in the cities. Jake and Sam were extremely helpful, Jake helped explain everything to me patiently and thoroughly. Outstanding customer service is hard to find these days. I'm so happy I came here and got my hands on the new Pixel Pro, which is backordered at every other store I've been to or called.
