KRT Affordable Self Storage (North Site)

KRT / Happy Space self-storage has new ownership and they are working on many improvements. They added asphalt around the garage spaces, gravel on the roads and several security and monitoring systems. They have good ratings for the area!

All of the good reviews are made up by the owners. Believe me!! The unit is ok and the gate works probably to well several things have been stolen at my unit. As far as getting ahold of the owners- Good Luck! They must advertise under a different number or something because they don't answer or reply to voicemails or emails AT ALL.

My trailer was stolen from the outdoor storage here. I demanded the footage from security and without even asking or knowing the how's and when's, she told me that their security doesn't go back that far.

Do not park stuff out side here in the winter. They will plow your stuff in and then tell you that’s your problem.

My experience has always been pretty good until the price doubled and no one ever answers the phone. Right now I am paid in full for another year and my code stopped working and I can access my RV. Called 8 times over 2 weeks no call back. Maybe someone will read this and call me back?

I have been robbed 2 times the 1st time I believe the person that answered the phones knew who did it she would let me get ahold of the owners or security. The second time they wouldn’t even return the police officers calls.

Cheap but so hard to get ahold of the owner or really anyone so start or stop your storage rental. Never any problems with unit or gate.

Very bad. They don't plow. Waste of money
