Are you serious? I didn't know old fashioned service actually existed in this day and age. Show respect for someone and they will show respect back to you. Jerry is a stand up guy. THANKS FOR HELPING ME OUT WITH MY KID'S CAR JERRY!

Jerry is an older guy but he knows what he's doing. The place is a little cramped but he makes the most of it. And last but not least he let us use his track out behind the shop! 10/10.

I went in there spontaneously the other day with my 3 year old little boy , he was over the moon with Jerry’s shop . The look and smile on the owners face watching my son ooohhh and ahhh at every little thing. Letting him run around and just be a kid. It made my heart melt . It’s the small things yah know? Mom and pop shops like this are rare and rarer . What a treasure .

Jerry is great. If you are respectful, so is he. Track seems to be open whenever the shop is open, just gotta let him know first. He allows people back in the store, it is close quarters so a few people can really crowd it up. We love Jerry's! Track is great, knowledge is great, everything an RC car enjoyer would need.

Old timer who just loves RC and probably forgot more than I'll ever know about the topic. Very trustworthy, that guy Jerry, and decent prices!

I see a lot of people whining about Jerry and his Covid concerns, Jerry is old and in the age range that Covid has a high death rate for people like him… Its his business and his health that he has the freedom to protect. I’ve been going to Jerry’s on and off since I was about 19 (2006) and it’s always been an amazing experience, Jerry and his core group of customers have a ton of knowledge and experience in the hobby… Go to hub, King Kong or even hobbytown and ask the RC guys about Jerry, they will all know who you are talking about and likely call you a jackass for basing your review around him protecting his health.

My son and I each own a truck. Neither of us is particularly good at working on them. It does not matter what issue I bring to Jerry, our issue is resolved within a day or less and we’re back out enjoying the toys. Awesome to have his shop and knowledge so close by. Doesn’t hurt that we love using the track to break more stuff and need his services once again. He’s awesome!!

Jerry was very friendly, I just got into the hobby and picked up a TRAXXAS 4x4 truck used a very reasonable price. I was shocked at the amount of parts he has, and a huge selection of new and used RC cars, trucks, and boats.

Just got home from shopping here and man, this place is great..awesome selection, competitive prices and best of all customer service is over the top. Made sure i had everything I needed to get started. Super friendly guy and knew his stuff. You could tell he loves what he does and from now on Jerry is my go to for RC!

They are perfect. He doesn't let anyone in the store during covid. You have to wait outside and ask him what you are looking for and he will bring it to you. Jerry is very smart and knows everything there is to know about the rc world.
If you do end up going there ask him about his custom cars he has put together. He is very kind and very helpful to the rc community of Minnesota.
Would recommend his place hands down compared to most hobby stores that don't have the experience with big boy toys. Always has fair prices and excellent inventory. He is also the only dealer in Minnesota that carries Redcat products.
I will be going back for sure in the near future.

I walked in here today to try to sell some parts or some old RC cars and found that they were a little outdated which not a big deal in system they're building them better and cooler and easier than Dr than ever before. I think the people should get back into hobbies that they either enjoyed when they were little or something that they had always wanted to be a part of such as having those really cool awesome souped up RC cars and boats and planes we can get off our phones for a little while and go back and do and invest in some of the things that brought us joy when we were little I believe would do wonders for our families and this nation in general! I would suggest come and check this place out if you're in the area or if you're not in the area well check out some place other place that has these type of cars I know when I have the money I'm coming back and getting one!

Jerry definitely knows his stuff! There have been several times I’ve had issues with one of my RCs. At first I’d email or chat with the RC manufacturer’s service support. Their answer was always you need to buy new expensive part X. I then found Jerry and he has on multiple occasions showed me how to fix my issue without always having to buy more stuff. I have since bought two more RCs from Jerry as my kids are hooked. I happily go out of my way to buy from him as he is always giving me free help and guidance on fixing and upgrading my RCs. His track behind his shop is pretty fun too.

great little shop! best customer service of any hobby shop in the state, plus a sweet little track out back! the only shop closer to me is king kong and i'll drive the extra 5 minutes every time for the service and the track!

It is a very nice little shop he was willing to answer my questions and he had all the parts I needed, I then went to the track in the back it is nice probably would've been nicer if I hadn't gone when it was raining lol.

Jerry was very helpful with me and helping me find a really affordable rock crawler he helped out with tons of new information about them I had no clue about love the new rc will never buy from another shop soon gonna bring my oldest son in and get him a better crawler thanks for the help Jerry

He always trys his best to help you not like other stores where if they dont find it in the first 2 min its we cant help you his prices are better then most i have 6 grand kid that rc race with me try walking in to a store with that we always feel welcome at jerry's keep up the good work
