I love Danielle! She makes the entire process from initial interest and shopping, to test driving, to pickup and delivery extremely easy and quick. She does not make me haggle, I can be up front with her on expectations and she'll tell me exactly how it is. She never tries to "sell" me anything. She's friendly and responsive. I will do business with Southgate Ford as long as Danielle is there!

Pulled in for an oil change and the young man who greeted me was very pleasant and informative as to cost, wait time, etc. Didn't take very long at all! Glad I was able to use Ford points to partially cover the cost, since an oil change is expensive now! I've only recently moved Downriver and Southgate Ford is close by so I will return for future car necessities. Thank you!

My sales experience was the BEST one I’ve had, to date! Michelle Havekost spent time with me on Thursday going through all my vehicle options within the price range I wanted and had vehicles available quickly for test drives.
Pricing information provided was clear. I made my choice and scheduled delivery of my new lease vehicle for the next day. I felt no stress or anxiety. Communication was clear and detailed. I was able to walk in the door on the day I purchased and hand my sales person everything she needed.

I originally went to Ford just to look at trucks had no intention on buying anything right away. I was immediately greeted by Chris Mauer who was very professional. When I told him I didn't plan on purchasing right away he still let me test drive and didn't try and push me to buy anything. After returning the truck Chris and I talked for a couple minutes about the f150s and he was very informative. I after my fiance talked and went over numbers came back the next day and decided to purchase. Chris was extremely helpful and professional through the whole process. He stayed in constant communication helping me get the truck I wanted with the payments I needed and got me more for my trade in. When I picked up my truck he went over every detail with me making sure I was happy with it. I will definitely be back when my lease is up.

Vehicle shopping is honestly one of the few things I dislike. Southgate Ford made it very easy and felt like I was given an honest price on our new Maverick.
