I had a throttle problem at the beginning of the busy season, and was calling around to compare costs and times for service. Their turn-around time was far out - like any reliable repair company at that time of year - but the man I spoke to at Mobile Mower Repair had a theory of what the issue was and explained a simple fix that I'd overlooked, saying 'if that doesn't work, give us a call back'. Well, it worked! But then I didn't need to call back and pay them for their services... so I'm here to pay it forward. Their thoughtful consideration of my issue and generosity with their expertise saved me *weeks* of time and who knows how much money. Moreover, it speaks to the kind of quality people that run the business, and it gained them my respect. I strongly encourage you to give these folks a call too.

Called for an appointment. Was told that the first opening would be in about a week. In about a week they called to confirm an opening. The early morning of the appointment they emailed the approximate time. They were on time and did a great job on my old tractor. I'd highly recommend Andy and Stacey.

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable, service was quick and efficient, as I was in and out of there within ten minutes. Staff was following good safety protocols for COVID-19, wearing masks and has good safety signage posted around the location. They had a blade for a Craftsman push mower that was over ten years old. I just brought in the old root-mangled blade and they found a replacement match that works. Good value price, and great experience - I would recommend these guys.

I have a John Deere 318 garden tractor that I purchased used late last year. It is in very good condition, but had difficulty with starting when warm. Andy has helped us numerous times to keep my John Deer running smoothly. He is very reliable and the company really stands by their work. I will use them every year. They do not try to sell you more work than you need, and are a very honest company.

A perfect solution when you can't take your riding mower in for repair and maintenance. Everything they need is in the truck that comes out. A lift raises the mower then a hoist lifts up the front to change out the blade. My blades were removed and sharpened. Oil and filter changed. Battery check, tire air added, spark plug etc. Answered all my questions. See you again!

Andy is one of the best mechanics and has a wealth of experience. If he can’t fix it nobody will.

After our recent storm, I realized that my snowblower was running poorly. A friend had tried MMR recently and recommended it. I called Monday morning, spoke with a nice guy (Steve?) who was very helpful and suggested that I get it in sooner rather than later. I took it right in, talked with them a bit about what was wrong, and they promised to get it back ASAP. Got a call from them later the same day that it was done. Price reasonable, and they gave me good advice about how to minimize problems in the future.
Very impressed and happy with them. Highly recommend.

Was unable to replace mower blades or belts myself after 4 hours trying. Call Mobile Mower Repair and in about an hour they replaced belts and blades, tuned up the mower, cleaned it and tested. Fair price and professional quality. Definitely get on their list for an annual service.

Andy (owner) came to Brighton and diagnosed my lawn tractor drive issue. Came back 2 days later with the right parts to fix the issue, but also changed out all the belts and sharpened blades per my request. All was complete on site at my home, and at about the same cost of having one belt changed out a couple years back by a service that picked up my lawn tractor and brought it back to their shop. Andy got right to work and didn't stop until done. He was awesome. I would highly recommend.

We discovered our snowblower wasn't working yesterday after getting a large amount of snowfall. My husband spent several hours trying to make it work with no luck. We called Mobile Mower Repair today (a snow day for all of Washtenaw County) and he was able to come out same day and fix it. We were very happy with the service and the price was reasonable. I would highly recommend him.

These nice folks diagnosed a no-start problem on my riding mower over the phone, sold me the part (a mere $20), which I installed, and I'm good to go. They COULD have kept quiet, made a tidy sum on a service call, but were not only on-target with their diagnosis but also honest enough to help me fix my problem. Who could ask for anything more?
