Great experience with the body shop. Did an excellent job repairing my rear bumper and driver's side door sill. It looks fantastic. To top it off, they washed my car and put shine on my tires. Totally exceeded my expectations. Rob Tierney was the best. Would return in a minute for collision needs.

Roger Hutchons at Dean Sellers is an amazing sales person. Knowledgeable and friendly. I recently had a fantastic experience with the Service Center at Dean Sellers Ford. I had received a notice from Ford that the parts necessary for a recall repair were available so I scheduled an appointment using their online tool. I called the service rep, Owen Larson, to make sure that he either had or could order the parts necessary for the recall repair ahead of my scheduled appointment to minimize the time I would be without my vehicle. During the call I described some additional concerns I had with my vehicle and Owen asked that I send him some pictures. From those pictures he was able to determine whether he had parts in stock or could order them ahead of my appointment time. When I dropped off my car Owen provided a very clear description of everything that would happen and followed that up by providing frequent and informative text updates. During that service Owen noticed some additional items that were in need of repair/replacement and ordered the necessary parts only to find that they were back ordered. I picked up my vehicle and Owen greeted me with an explanation of everything that was performed and answered all of my follow-ups. A couple weeks later he contacted me to let me know that the back ordered parts had arrived, and he offered to have my car picked up from my home so that I didn’t have to go out of my way and miss more work. The pickup process was easy and during the service Owen provided the same frequent and informative updates. Once the vehicle was done he had it dropped back off at my house and I did nothing more that grab my keys from the valet. Throughout both experiences Owen and the team at Dean Sellers treated me with great respect and demonstrated a clear and proactive interest in minimizing my personal time and effort in the matter.

Jon was amazing as usual. He made getting a new car fun. I am so incredibly happy with my beautiful new car! The whole crew at Dean Sellers treated me like family, and will work through any issues you may have with ease. I highly recommend Dean Sellers to anyone. After look at several different dealership, My son and I arrive at Dean Sellers car dealership in Troy. Our car sales man Ivas was amazing. He helped us find a car . This review is for the service department at Dean Sellers Ford. I recently retired from Ford and have had a management lease vehicle for many years which was serviced by the company not a dealer. The vehicle that I now own needed service and this was my first dealer service department experience in some time. Every aspect of the service experience was outstanding. The service adviser was very professional, the shuttle took me home and picked me up, and the quality of the repair was excellent. Highly recommended! A++

Excellent service and service advisor interaction. Brianna went the extra mile to find a part needed from a local dealer rather than wait another day to get one from the Ford Warehouse daily run. She did this on her own, after I'd already been told of the completion delay. It was for a backup camera of a nine year old Escape, which is why they didn't have a bunch of these in their local inventory.

I had a very nice sales and delivery experience in working with Christie Parker, who is a 30-year veteran of the dealership. I appreciated her VIP car purchase expertise and treatment ahead of and during the sale and delivery of my 2024 Ford Mustang Dark Horse. It was a smooth transaction and the sales price was not marked up. I would return to the dealership in the future, even though I lived in Ohio.

I am thrilled with my new Bronco Sport. I was first attracted by the color, desert gray. Then the simplicity of the dashboard was a joy to see since many cars these days have dashboards which need instruction to follow. The drive is pretty smooth for a heavier SUV and it handles really well.
I have leased many cars from Jon Whitfield at Dean Sellers and keep going back because he always has time for me. I can also depend on the great service department.

The dealership provided us with a new Explorer to use while our work vehicle was have the transmission replaced. The service team was very responsive, kind and considerate during the time that our vehicle was in for repairs, and they never pushed us to get the Explorer back to them nor where they concerned about the mileage we were putting on their vehicle.
