Hollywood Markets

Went into Hollywood Market in Troy to get some food for the football games and my experience was excellent! I have been shopping at this store for many decades and its my favorite of any store in the area. It is spotlessly clean, well stocked and organized. The Associates are very helpful and professional. Prices are reasonable and the quality and selection of products is outstanding! I will be back very soon! Many thanks to the great team at the store!

Nice Market with a lot of specialty items. The meat counter is huge! Staff is always nice with fast service. Prices are competitive. They also have real people checking you out, and someone is even bagging your items.

Excellent selection of meat, produce, wine! And bonus pricing is very fair!

My favorite place to get groceries. They have everything you need and always efficient. Their management goes above and beyond for customers. Today my AirPods fell out of my pocket and immediately the manager was checking the security tapes to try and help me (I eventually found them underneath my car). Deli counter is the best around too! I will miss Hollywood dearly when I move later this year.

I really like the friendly service - especially at the meat counter, deli counter and checkout cashiers & baggers! Much better than my various not-so-good experiences at nearby Kroger (and why I changed providers over a year ago). The managers also have periodically roamed the aisles to make sure the visit is going well and asking if they have any questions like where something is located, etc. Really GREAT!

Great meat and deli! The service in the meat and deli departments is second to none. Fresh product, well wrapped, good advice, fair prices (especially if specials shopped). My favorite meat and deli by far. Other departments supportive as well. Pleasant store to shop, very courteous staff.

Not only does Hollywood market provided incredibly fresh and delicious meat/produce, their staff are second to none. I purchase steaks here and there, when I don’t end up at Costco, that will change. Today was a different experience than I’m used to in retail locations. I had apparently dropped one of my apple AirPods Pro, frantically looked all over my truck and house. I then remember I was able to track them. These were a gift from someone very special to me; so finding the lost earbud was a top priority. When I spoke to someone over the phone, she assured me that she would walk the store and throughly check. Immediately I drove back, in an attempt to look for this lost AirPod. I was greeting kindly by a younger gentleman named Caber. He dove right into the trash in question, not even the spec of hesitation, Caber absolutely did all he could to help solve my clumsy mistake. After Caber and I went through 3 trash bins, Tracy (I believe) the store director gave me the wonderful news that she found them near the peanut butter!! I’m so very grateful for the exceptional customer service and help that I received from these two lovely people. It was a team effort that was more than appreciated. In this day and age, when prices continue to go up; it’s the overall experience that us consumers are looking for. I was absolutely blown away by Caber and Tracy “I think” for being stand up individuals. Its often that we come to post negative reviews, and poor trivial experiences. This meant the world to me. Thank you, so much. I pray you two receive all the good karma you deserve.

Big enough to have almost everything I want but small enough to get in and out in 10 minutes if I need to. Great meat market and very friendly. My favorite place to shop.

Patient and helpful people with Thanksgiving 2 days away!

This is my go-to place! They have the best meat for good prices. I can’t say enough about their employees though. Every time I go in, someone strikes up a conversation with me - they are just the friendliest, most helpful people. They also have the best hummus at the deli. Sells out fast though!

A very organized and decent market. They have fresh produce and meat selections. It is a nice market to get necessities quickly. They are never packed when I have went and I have shopped here multiple occasions at various times of the day.

It’s one of the best local stores. They have a fresh bakery for everyday breakfasts. Fresh apple juice from one of the cider mills. There are many items that you feel comfortable to get from this store. Good place for produce, and any cooler items for quick grab without wasting much time in the store. Prices are reasonable too.

I love this place. The deli and meat counter are particularly good. Reasonable prices - especially for such a small and well staffed store.

Hollywood oddly also has the best grocery store music of all time. I'm not kidding. They played Foolish by Ashanti when I was in a few days ago and I was VIBIN.

Love this store! So many good things to eat, but I love how I can order my turkey breast for Thanksgiving completely online! Did it last year too and will keep doing it. All the fixin's too!

All the staff were very nice and seemed to enjoy their shifts.

Love the England "Polar" Sparking Soda as great variety, value and inventory.

Lobby also has "Metro" Parents magazines 😊
