Excellent customer service! Jennifer and Laurie are always very helpful even when I challenge them. When I moved back to Michigan from Ohio, I was shocked at the price difference for insurance. Knabusch helped immensely with the process and I have been with then ever since insuring my home with flood insurance and 3 vehicles.

Everyone is very friendly. Whenever I have called they are very responsive and helpful. Looking out for their clientele’s best interest. One claim we had in hail damage for our condo complex was fantastic!!! Great people to deal with strongly recommend!!
