Petoskey Housing market is so bad that the coach house does weekly rentals. Comes with a bed cable tv WiFi big dresser mini fridge and freezer microwave and open floor plan for activities. Great place to stay til the next apartment/house opens up in your price range for a longer term residence. Watch out for the cop looking guy with the cowboy hat. Don’t make him mad.

Wooow love this place my family comes to this coach house every year on family vacation such a warm a welcoming environment. The staff is extremely out going and friendly the rooms are clean and comfortable, and best of all it’s super close to everything! Couldn’t recommend it enough!

This is an older hotel but the management is one of a kind! The location is number 1! You can walk to right to the water and enjoy the beautiful Bay View house along the way. NICOLE and her family will make you feel right at home.

Very Comfortable, with a Relaxing Atmosphere & Quite. Staff, very friendly & Helpful. We felt for the money, this was a No Brainer! Without a doubt, we will stay again.

Great rooms and location at a great value. Hard to beat! Hard to find a better spot to be close to it all. Owner is a great guy too.

Room service everyday laundry right here fresh coffee every
morning just a really nice place with lake Michigan a couple blocks away

It was nice an relaxing poor girl had to come an show me how the remote worked and then she had to fix the kites. I would stay there again
