Dowagiac Conservation Club

I just took my CPL class here with Hembock and I am so grateful the class was held in such a nice environment! I've heard of other CPL classes and their dingy locations but the Dowagiac Conservation Club is lovely, not only was it very clean (including the restrooms!) but the entire environment surrounding the nice interior was absolutely gorgeous. Over all it was a very pleasant experience and I find myself wanting to return despite the 40 min drive it is for me. Thank you for taking such great care of your establishment! And thanks to Hembock for the informative, warm and nurturing CPL class!

Just took my CPL class here through Hembock and can't think of a single negative thing to say. The facility itself is amazing, and the instructors (Derek and Mary) were insanely professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely great people. I would strongly recommend that anyone looking to get their concealed license to sign up with Hembock. You won't regret it!

Took the hembock cpl class here. Hands down a great class to get your license. Great facility and very helpful and nice instructors. I'd recommend this class and club to anyone looking to take a class or get there license.

My son and myself recently attended a concealed carry pistol safety and license application class at the Dowagiac Conservation Club. I was pleasantly surprised to find such a nice facility with such a rich history so close to our home. The club was clean and well laid out for our class, the decor and club history was displayed throughout the facility. I would suggest if you are looking for a club with a rich history and beautiful setting to look into this organization in the future! Thank you DCC for letting us use your club for our classes.

My husband and I both took our CPL course here. The facility is great and the instructors (Derek and Mary) are amazing. The class is also very affordable compared to most. 10/10 recommend!!

COL instructors were very knowledgeable and made the class fun and educational at the same time.

Took my CPL class here 7/15/23. The experience was excellent the class was smooth and didn’t seem like it dragged along at all. The facility and shooting area are very nice. The instructors Derek and marry were great to work with and I’m glad I took my class here!

Got my CPL training here, cheaper than the ones local to me in Kalamazoo but still high quality. Derek went over everything necessary to Conceal Carry as well as the basics of firearms and range etiquette. 5 hours in a classroom was fun and engaging. Can't say that about most classroom experiences.

Dowagiac conservation club is a really amazing place and their firearms instructors (Derek and Mary) they are very nice and very knowledgeable and do a great job would recommend the Cpl class 10 out of 10 for sure

Derek and Mary were so helpful and patient with me while I took the CPL Class! Derek was very knowledgeable and was a fantastic instructor! If you ever need, or want, to take a Concealed Pistol License class, Derek is your guy. Safety was a major part of the entire class and I felt safe learning how to handle my weapon and both Derek and Mary were excellent at upholding safety throughout the entire class!! 10 out of 10 recommend this class and the Dowagiac Conservation Club!!
