Well, I called twice and spoke with an assistant who said the agent would call me back to answer questions on a potential property coming on the market. I received no call back so a 3 star rating is a fair assessment. Evidently realtors are too busy going for the big dollars on the housing market now to be bothered. I will give a 5 star rating to Paul Coulter(different realtor) in Lapeer MI. who did answer a question I had. Thanks Paul!

They have seen a house they are having built. The septic field is higher then the house. And I feel sorry for all the neighbors because the construction/ bull dozer operators are working well before 8 am. I really don't think they care about anything but the money in their pockets. I wouldn't trust them to sell a dog house let alone a house to live in.

I called, emailed, left multiple voicemails and even showed up to her office (place looked like an abandoned Burger King). No response. Would never recommend her to anyone. Highly unprofessional. How am I supposed to trust someone with such a huge life decision when I can’t trust them to answer my calls.

Gayle is a joke 100% joke..

Highly not recommended, very unresponsive and alot of fees brought up at closing that were never explained and on a $255k sale Gayle didn't even show up to the closing, way too many realtors out there to deal with that on a sale that big

Should be one star, Gayle doesn't return phone calls.

Worst person to deal not reliable or trust worthy and don't take offers and present to her clients Gail is horrible
