Very clean rooms. Bed/pillows very comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice hot breakfast options and the food was hot! Pool/hot tub area clean and temp was perfect! Everyone we encountered from front desk to housekeeping to food service staff super nice always smiling!

This place was great! Clean and comfortable. I want to appreciate Jessica at the front desk. She was so nice and very helpful.

Could use a little more parking lot space for trailers. Me and another truck with a trailer stayed. Luckily, they weren't full up. We were able to park in the parking lot.

A very nice hotel for the price. Breakfast is typical hotel breakfast but is included and not bad. Rooms are good. Beds are good. Recommended.

Very impressed with how clean the hotel and our room was. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
The hot breakfast was by far one of the best around. We’ve stayed at many places in the area (high-end) and they have the bar.
For such a reasonable rate we were pleasantly surprised and very satisfied. In fact even booked another stay for the following weekend.

Better than expected stay here. For being only 2 stars, this place was super clean and a really helpful staff. Breakfast was your normal hotel choices…but for the price, in this area, you can’t beat it.

Clean from entrance to inside and back again! Great staff! Excellent breakfast and coffee! Will stay again when in the area! This is rated as a 2 star property on some sites. That is incorrect. It is 5 star all the way!

Breakfast: Sausage, scrambled eggs, make your own waffles, biscuits & gravy, instant oatmeal, cereals, bagels, pastries, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, milk, coffee, juice, bananas! Everything delicious!

Deluxe room, two queen beds, non-smoking, lake view second floor was fabulous! Clean, large room, TV, microwave, fridge! Great room! No elevator! But no problem walking up stairs! Also a pool that we didn’t have time to use!

Moderately priced compared to some other hotels in the area! I highly recommend this hotel!

Second stay in 2 weeks for medical appointments. Loved both stays. Staff was very helpful and attentive. My wife walks with a cane and both times staff pointed out where ice was. Breakfast was great. Rooms and public areas clean.

Great location, good view of bay, not way out of town, but away from most of the traffic. Nice amenities, pool/spa never disappoint.

Front desk staff was all very affable and pleasant. Check-in/checkout were easy and comfortable.

Housekeeping is outstanding, we ran into them both mornings of our stay, and they are professional and friendly.

The continental breakfast is better than many 3/4 star hotels I've visited in the past couple years. Great selection, good lighting in the dining room, and freedom to eat there or back in your room (helpful to me, as I travel with a disabled wife).

On the west side of town, it's equidistant from Charlevoix and Harbor Springs - not that you need to leave town to have a great stay, no matter your aim.

Highly recommended.

Wonderful hotel! Super clean and very friendly staff. I literally couldn’t believe how sweet everyone was! Very accommodating if you need anything. Great price and coming from someone who travels a lot, this place was nicer than IHG ones in Nothern Michigan.

Great place to stay! We stayed overnight 2 days and it was very affordable and quiet. Room was very clean and bed was very comfortable. Front desk and staff were very friendly. Free coffee and a large selection of food served at their complimentary breakfast. Hotel is right across from the big lake with a nice view from our room. Would definitely stay there again. Thanks for the great service.

Been coming up to Petoskey to ski for many many years, and we always stay here. The hotel is a great value. The breakfast is excellent - much better than anybody would expect. The pool and hot tub is a nice bonus.

Breakfast was hearty and filling. The coffee was always refilled and the eggs were great. Also vegetarian friendly.

Rooms are spacious and clean. Great location close to beaches . We stayed with a party of 8 and everyone enjoyed this hotel for our trip to Petoskey

I was very pleasantly surprised at the high level of quality here. I normally stay at Hampton Inns when I get a chance, but the price was right for this so I decided to give it a chance. One thing I noticed right away is that the staff are very friendly and seem to really enjoy working there. That’s a great thing to see and was much appreciated, shows that there is a good culture. The rooms were nice and included mini fridge and microwave, good value for the price. The breakfast area was large and had a nice selection, which was frequently restocked. They also had coffee/tea and water available in the lobby whenever I went down there. Overall, very satisfied with it and has become my new go-to spot when staying in Petoskey!

Front desk lady was super nice. Hotel is very clean and in the perfect location.

Worth the upcharge for the second floor view of the bay. The sunset was so beautiful and my photo definitely doesn't do it justice! The room was spacious and clean. Night staff were super helpful and accommodating as they could be. During checkout this morning the receptionist was very nice as well.

Exceptional customer service by front desk, Blake. He offered my a variety of options and get my reservation done within 5 minutes. He was knowledgeable and poised, he was courteous and respectful. Overall, customer service was above and beyond. He should be working in 3+ star hotel. The hotel and rooms were a tad dated, however it was quiet. Kids friendly with pool and free breakfast. As long as Blake is here, I will definitely be back.

To management, please keep an eye out for Blake. In a service oriented industry, he has what it takes. Total customer experience to the next level, if not taken care of, someone will surely recruit him.

The staff were all friendly and helpful with each encounter. The rooms, pool and breakfast area were clean and that's all that really mattered to us during a pandemic. Kids loved the pool, hot tub and local beaches. We did reserve this room for an event in Boyne City, which was only a 20 minute drive. Downtown Petoskey is 5 minutes away, filled with delicious restaurants and breweries. Lastly, the view from room 227 was awesome.... ya never know what it may be when reserving online.
5 stars all the way through, would reserve again.

We stayed for the 1st time in October on a side x side trip. The hotel exceeded our expectations, was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great and fully stocked, you can tell the employees take pride in this hotel, great job by the manager, they even went out of their way to make sure I had parking for my trailer. The price was very reasonable, we will definitely stay here again.
