I want to thank Paul specifically, and the company as a whole. My situation could have been worse, but Paul and the company were patient and made things happen. Regardless of circumstances, they took the time to listen when they didn’t have to.

I work with advanced often for my job. They are a down to earth family company. Great to communicate with.

Review of Advanced Asset Recovery: Horrible Treatment and Unprofessionalism

I recently had a terrible experience with Advanced Asset Recovery, the towing company contracted by Horizon Bank. It was a truly awful and stressful situation, and I want to share my story to help others avoid the same ordeal.

On Thursday at 1 pm, I called Advanced Asset Recovery to get my car back. It had been towed through Horizon Bank, and I was trying to sort out the situation. However, my experience with this towing company was a complete disaster.

The first person I spoke to, Tara, was rude and unhelpful. She claimed they couldn't release my car because they had no drivers available. This made no sense—it was midday on a Thursday, and I couldn't understand why they wouldn't have drivers on duty.

Things went from bad to worse when I spoke with the owner, Barry. He told me in no uncertain terms that I was "lucky" he wasn't overcharging me for getting my car back. He even went as far as to say that if I caused any issues for his driver, they wouldn't give me my car at all. This type of threatening and hostile behavior is entirely unacceptable.

Overall, the customer service from Advanced Asset Recovery was appalling. Both Tara's rudeness and Barry's aggressive remarks made an already stressful situation far worse. I felt like I was being bullied and intimidated by a company that should be focused on providing reliable service.

If you're dealing with Horizon Bank and they use Advanced Asset Recovery for towing, be cautious. My experience was nothing short of awful, and I can't recommend this towing company to anyone. I hope my review helps others avoid this unpleasant treatment.

I wish I could give zero stars, horrible company.

If the CEO is reading this, get into contact with me immediately, I would like to know what type of corrective action is given for this type of behavior.
