Look no further for your plumbing needs! I've had Nathan with Dynamic Pipe Solutions out twice in the past few months for two separate issues. From the time I placed the call in the evening, Leah was incredibly helpful in assisting me over the phone to stop the flooding I was panicking about upon finding. She followed up throughout the evening and immediately the next morning via text, keeping me updated on my emergency appointment. The next morning Nathan arrived promptly to fix the issue. He was friendly, professional, prompt and answered all of my questions and was in and out faster than I could have hoped for. This week I had a different leak I called in for an appointment. Leah once again over the phone tried to help me stop the leak itself until my repair appointment. Nathan arrived in a flash today to repair the leak and did so quickly.

I've had a terrific experience with DPS and am so glad I found them after emergency plumbers left me hanging. Their pricing is very reasonable and I felt that Nathan and Leah were empathic, kind and so helpful during my multiple plumbing emergencies.

UPDATE: We called the team when we found a gas leak in our new home a few weeks after we purchased it. They were able to get there so quickly to help us out, and at the same time took care of the long list of updates/repairs we were hoping to have done in the future. Nate, Leah, and Natalie are all awesome!! I know the rest of team must be as well, and I feel so confident that if any issues come up in the future they will have our backs! THANK YOU!!!!!! <3

I am a first-time home buyer who chose Dynamic Pipe Solutions to help with a camera sewer inspection for our new home. They were able to accommodate our super tight schedule and had the team come out the day before they went on vacation.

Every single team member I interacted with was so genuine, knowledgeable, and kind. Their pricing was the best available which was huge for us because closing on a new home is not cheap!

I really appreciated that they replaced some small parts (bolts) at no charge simply because they were old and annoying to remove. It was a minor gesture, but one that I valued a lot. It says so much about their character that they didn't just leave the old ones there OR charge us additional fees for the replacement.

We'll definitely be contacting them for future plumbing needs and I can't recommend them enough to others!

Amazing service! Amazing work! We had a horrible leak in our crawl space because we didn’t know the previous owners Jimmy-rigged our kitchen sink plumbing. We couldn’t get any companies that we had contacted to even come out and look at it for weeks. Dynamic made time, came out quickly, and fixed EVERYTHING that was wrong for an amazing price, considering just how much work there was! Such a relief!

Replaced one sump pump in the crawl space and then fixed the sump pump in my basement. I’m excited to get a good night sleep knowing I don’t have to worry about flooding. DPS will be the only plumber I go to from now on. It’s a fantastic thing to say you got a “guy” when someone asks who you recommend. Nate and Jake did a great job installing my new water heater. I will definitely use them for future projects.

Imagine you own a brick ranch home built over a crawl space with about 30” clearance from ground to the bottom of the floor joists. Now imagine you are 94, legally blind, hard of hearing and live alone. Because of your bad hearing you did not hear that your main waterline coming into and through that crawl space had ruptured and was spraying water into the crawl space. Imagine too, that your sump pump had quit operating and by the time your son (me) came over for a visit, heard the water leak and peered through the access hole to the crawl space, that the water had collected to a total of 3”-4” over the entire area of the crawl space. Imagine your surprise.
First call was to Ash Twp water department. They responded immediately and got the water turned off in a matter of minutes. The second, third and fourth calls were to local plumbers. I described the problem and unfortunate conditions to each company. Two companies declined. The third, Dynamic Pipe Solutions promised they could get on it first thing in the morning. They showed up. We reviewed what and where we believed the problem was. Nate, from DPS looked under the house, curled up his nose and said, “this is not gonna be fun.” Mud, water, cobwebs, cold and crawl space. A nasty combination. Nate first diagnosed the sump pump to see if it would run. No luck, the pump was shot. Nate came out, specified the type of sump pump he would need and then disappeared under the house again to diagnose the leak. I left for Ace hardware to pick up the pump.
When I returned with the pump Nate was still under the house working on repairing the leak. Due to the placement of the leak and available space to work he had his hands full. After one trip out to get some more material, the repair was complete and Nate was a muddy wet mess from head to toe. The Tyvek suit he put over his clothes kept the mud off his clothes, but he was soaking wet from the middle of his chest to the tips of his toes, inside his waterlogged leather boots. Imagine that was you. What frame of mind do you imagine you would be in? Well Nate was still smiling and joking and took a great deal of time to explain the leak, its cause, and the repair. We called for the water to be turned back on. While we waited Nate replaced the sump pump so we could get the water out. This took two more trips into the nasty conditions and he had it in and pumping.
One more trip under when Ash township turned the water back on to verify his repair was effective, and it was.
Patient, pleasant, and professional, Nate performed admirably under some of the worst possible conditions. No hesitation.
Dynamic Pipe Solutions is Nate’s company and the service he provided was top notch, the best. He was recommended to me by my daughter who had some plumbing trouble last year. Had I not had his number, I may still be trying to find a plumber willing to take on such a job.

Had a few companies come out before to clean the sewer line due to poor drainage. Usually would be a few months to a year before slow drainage again. After coming out and inspecting the line, Dynamic Pipe Solutions thoroughly cleaned it with several passes, which is more than any previous company had done. Then they re-inspected the line to verify all was clear. Great work, very professional and thorough, and knowledgeable as well.

I was visiting my family in MI, and around dinner time the water heater started leaking. We thought we were going to have to buy a whole new water heater! We contacted contacted Nate @ Dynamic Pipe Solutions and he came out right away. He was able to fix the heater and saved my family so much money! We are so grateful for his professionalism, honesty, and expertise!

Very impressed with Dynamic Pipe Solutions! They are a newer business and a husband/wife team who definitely care and know what they’re doing. These were the only plumbers we called that would get to us quickly in a desperate situation. Leah was so kind and professional on the phone and assured me that they would get to us as fast as possible…and they did!! The owner, Nathan, showed up and took care of our mess, educated us on some things and was extremely pleasant to work with. We couldn’t be more pleased with the service we got and the professionalism that came with it. Make them your first call. You won’t regret it!

Had a leak from the bathroom into the crawl space. Nate fit me in and arrived within 2 hours of the call. Called two other large companies in Monroe and both couldn't fit me in for a week. The fix ended up being something minor. He decided to not charge me and even threw in a spare part! Just excellent service all around.

Excellent Nathan and Jacob top notch service. Super nice and knowledgeable. They had us up and running in no time with a new hot water heater. Despite Lowes dropping the ball with a brand new dented tank. They took it back and got a whole nother one and made sure it was in perfect condition. Lowe's didn't apologize or even offer an upgrade.
They are highly recommended if you have an issue. Don't hesitate to call them!!!

The company was quick to respond to my call, sent out people to make and assessment and got an estimate over to me in just a couple of days. The two gentlemen that came to my house were pleasant and respectful. They stayed late until the job was done to the highest of standards. From the initial contact with his wife, getting a quote in timely manner to completion of the job with Nate and his helper 😊 , everyone was professional, pleasant, cooperative.

Job-site was neat and clean and was immaculate when they completed.

There was a problem with the pump switch, but this was not an installation problem. It was a problem with the new product out of the box. We called Nate the very next morning, he was actually out that day/replaced the unit. I remember his word saying “not to worry we will do whatever it takes to make it right” and he most certainly did.

I will never call another plumber, just Dynamic Plumbing whenever I need anything to do with plumbing.
