Top notch service. Matt is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. In addition to this, it’s refreshing to see someone so upbeat in a retail environment where shopping can sometimes be a drag. Great guy, great store. Will be coming back.

I love coming here. They do not make a beginner feel stupid and they are knowledgeable enough to help the more advanced people. I’ve yet to work with someone I didn’t enjoy talking with. They don’t have a huge selection of edibles or prepackaged products but we have always found something we couldn’t leave without. The deli flower is always good quality and fair in price. We’ve tried several different flowers and have yet to be disappointed weather it was top or bottom tier. The fact you can go in and look the the product and even see it under a magnifying glass is superb. The loyalty program is wonderful and the incentives are fantastic too.

Mario helped us today and he was absolutely amazing. Walked us through all the deals and helped us figure out what we wanted. So nice, hope when we come back, we get to work with him again.

Matt at the Petersburg Lume was very personable and knowledgeable to get me in n out in no time with exactly what I wanted and was aware of all the good deals that was helpful on the total purchase price .. felt like great savings and a better experience! Thanks matt!
