Marco's Vapor Cherry Valley

I love this store. I go to the Machesney Park and Cherry Valley locations. The staff at the Cherry Valley location are particularly awesome. That guy is always friendly and helpful. What sets Marco's apart from other shops is they never "push" anything on me. They offer their personal experience on the product and let me decide what I may prefer. Top notch. Can't say enough positive things. Much love and respect.

After coming to Marcos you don't need to visit competitors. They have everything you want here and nice people. We got our juice custom mixed to the % strength we like. Buying 3 big bottles at a time the juice is cheap and delicious

Once again, Marco's Vapor has shown customer service above the call. I had an issue with a hardware product. All it took was a message to them and the problem was solved! They truly DO stand behind the products they sell... Marco himself came forward once again and totally backed what his shop sells! His only question to me was in concern of the product I purchased with safety in mind.... I'm certain it was just a fluke but I was impressed by his concern. He and his staff truly care about the customers that put their trust in what they offer for sale. I only go to Marco's for this reason alone, plus I like the fact that he allows employee's to bring their 4 legged kids to responsibly greet clients behind the counter. The entire staff there is wonderful and most welcoming!

They were the 3rd shop I went to that had the coil I needed. She knew exactly what I needed without even having to look at the coil. Happy with the price I paid for them also. Lovely shop. Lovely employees.

Awesome & The people that work their are pretty 😎 cool. But, you need to by ALOT more apple crumb juice, it's Always Out except for 0% theirs never 3-6%, please get ALOT more of that brand in, both stores! 😊 I have tried both. So just an idea, That I hope u take serious, but really your stores are pretty cool,.

Excellent selection of devices. The house juice tastes delicious, smooth and clean. The lab and viewing window is very cool and it's nice to know the juice is made in a clean environment. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely the kind of shop I'd send friends and family to.

10/10 would recommend Marco's to anyone. Had an issue with a missing juice from my delivery, and they replaced that juice the next day. They even gave me extra juice free for making the drive to the cherryvale location.

Very helpful. The staff is wonderful. Cooperative. And will go out of their way to help you with anything you need. I do not see this type of service. Anymore. I think they do a great job. When it comes to pleasing their customers. They really try hard. To please everybody. And they succeed at it well. They give you the feeling. That they are not there just to get your money. They're there to make money. But as for you? A fair deal. And give you the time that that you need. One, if your in there you don't get the feeling. That you get at other stores? They make you feel at home. Like, or buying something from your friend.

I was recently at the shop to purchase a new rda and Brady was awesome about helping me out and explaining everything to me. He also helped me through the entire build process and the reasons why he was doing everything he was doing. This shop is awesome and everyone makes you feel right at home. Thanks again!!

Staff is great. Juice quality is amazing. Prices are not too bad either. Great source of information as well, especially for new vapers or people thinking of switching to it. There's always some sort of sale going on too.

Always awesome and knowledgeable folks here. I refuse to shop anywhere else but Marco's. They also carry cbd products and almost every type of mod and coil imaginable. They literally have the friendliest staff around and will answer any question you have so new and old vapors feel free to stop in, guarantee you wont be disappointed oh and try their house juices they're fantastic the Slurm is my favorite so far but have a ton of choices. Also they are very covid conscious as well so feel at ease shopping

Awesome staff, go here usually once a week. Just bought a new set up from them and they showed me how everything works on it. Highly recommend going here for any of your vape products they have a huge selection of different juices.

One of the very best vapor shops I've ever been to. All of the employees are extremely knowledgeable and will help you with any questions to the dot that you have about what they have out on display or any juice you may enjoy.
And sometimes, when you go to a vapor shop, the owner has other things going on, their not around, or just don't go to their own shop. Well, that's not the case with Marco's Vapor. Just about every time you go, The man himself will be there and ready to help you with any and all of your vaping needs!

Chanced by this shop just a few days ago and had an amazing experience. All the employees were extremely helpful and even more so knowledgeable. Best juice in town that I have found and I purchased a new mod for an absolutely reasonable price.

Marcos staff is awesome! They take pride in their shop, juice, products and most of all their customers. Everyone who works there are very knowledgeable in all aspects of vapor from the setups, to the juice, how things work and how to troubleshoot if something isn't working or you're having issues. They will make sure you have something that will fit your personal preference and something that isn't too complicated if your new to vaping. They will make sure you know how your set up works, and answer any questions to make sure you are completely satisfied with your expierence. Their house juice is by far superior to any others I've tried, and they have a vast selection of flavors ranging from fruity mixes, deserts, drinks and different tobacco flavoring mixes. If your looking for something specific in a juice flavor they will work with you to make sure you have a juice you absolutely love. They also have great deals if you sign up for their email newsletters when you stop in. I would recommend this shop to anyone hands down.
