Bailee from ES&D was prompt and efficient, while educating us and showing us what was found in the drain system, both in the kitchen sink (one side, slow drain) and in the bathroom sink (slow drain), and turns out he located a CHOPSTICK in the kitchen sink along with GREASE, and hair in the bathroom sink. Thank you Bailee for getting this done. I'm thankful our new landlord Chad called you guys and you were able to come the very next day! He also provided a good education on Drano, and how it can be corrosive to drains and pipes.

Kyler and his coworker came out within 30 minutes of my call to help me unclog a toilet issue. They were prompt, professional and were done within 20 minutes.
The cost was 85$ and while I'm not 100% sure what the average is, it seemed fine as the toilet is now working as it should.
I'm looking forward to working with them again in the future!

Edwards sent out help within the hour to unclog our main sewer line (after we had gone hours with no success using another plumber). Edwards’ guys cleared the line in 20 minutes - if that! We are so grateful for their help and will turn to them whenever have drain problems!

I replaced a bathroom faucet about 6 weeks ago it was clear the metal p trap was rusted and would have to be replaced as well. I replaced it with no problems. Forward 6 weeks and I have very slow drains and can’t clear them. I called Edwards and they immediately determined I neglected to trim the new plastic p trap which caused the blockage. I had great service. I don’t know if the price was great because I wasn’t sure what it would cost but it was $25-$55 less than I was expecting to pay.

I called today about sewer backup in my basement in about an hour I had employers look at the problrm. I am not from Rockford and do not know any service provider for sewer problems. The two guys that came to look at my problem were professional and stated to call back if the problem was still present. They also put a cap on my sewer pipe which I highly appreciate. I will be using them for yearly sewer clean up.

They came out in less than an hour to fix our backed up main sewer drain. Very courteous, professional and knowledgable. I would definitely recommend them. Very reasonably priced as well.

Really nice guys, I had standing water in my basement, called Edwards Sewer & Drain at 1:30 & by 3:00 they were done & he even leveled my washing machine after I jokingly told him to move away from it before it started bouncing. Oh and he also started my laundry that I paused until the drain was unclothed. Thank you!
