I would like to take the time the thank everyone at Rock Valley. Not only am I feeling better, the initial filling of the prescription was a seamless process. I received my RX within a couple of days. Also, I am thoroughly impressed with the follow up from them to see how I was feeling. From the beginning of the process everyone was great to explaining what and how everything works,,unfortunately my insurance didn't cover it but I'm so glad I got it and didn't cheap out,,the pharmacist called and explained everything else,,we'll I got it 20 minutes ago and already feel a huge difference in pain,,thanks for the miracle!! I have RA and my ankles were nonexistent due to all the swelling. It hurt to walk. Rock Valley Compounding pharmacy made me a cream and the pain and the swelling is gone after just 9 or 10 days of use. It was well worth it.

After dealing with hip surgery due to falling from a collapsing ladder, my knee became painful and my movements were limited. After 9 months of using a good topical pain reliever, I was in my pharmacy and was directed to contact Rock Valley Compound Pharmacy by one of their staff. I did and was told I needed a prescription so I sent a message to my Doctor. He spoke with Rock Valley and they came up with the prescription I have been using. The experience I have had with Rock Valley is second to none, their staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. After putting me and my problem in their system, it took 3 days to receive my compound. I used it once the first night and then 3 times the next day. Although it did help right away, the recovery of my knee has been quicker than the over the counter stuff I have been using. It has been just a little over a month since I started using this compound and now am able to walk without my brace except during excessive movement or lifting. I cannot say enough about Rock Valley. If you are experiencing pain and don’t want more pills, talk to your Doctor about this, you will not be disappointed.

My knee was hurting from an operation that required a large spacer. There was nothing they could do! The knee swelled and it was painful all the time. You could feel the heat radiating off it. My primary physician wrote a prescription to Rock Valley Compounding Pharmacy for medication to lower the swelling and relieve the pain. I got the prescription filled the next day and applied it immediately. I now use it in the morning and if it begins to act up during the day. When I need a refill, I’m ordering the larger size. I highly recommend them. They are fast a courteous!

Amazing! My spine dr prescribed me some medicated cream to see if it would help with my back. I was promptly called by Rock Valley Compound, answered a couple questions, and received my prescription in a couple days! They called a week later to see if it has been helping. I would say my back pain has improved by 90%

When a steroid injection into an inflamed hip bursa did not work for me, like it has always worked in the past, I was absolutely crushed, since there could not be another injection for 3 months.
The Dr's office offered to call in a Rx for a topical compound cream. As the nurse was telling me what was in it, I was literally rolling my eyes while on the phone, because I "knew" it wouldn't work, but I agreed to try it.
When Rock Valley Compounding Pharmacy called me, they were very professional and answered all of my questions. The pharmacist was especially kind and patient with me, an agitated patient who was in pain and frustrated. He went over the dosage and application instructions in great detail.
I picked up the cream, again very professional and courteous and they again asked if I had any questions and told me to call if any arose.
I used the cream the first night, the next morning, and after the third application, definitely had less pain. After 2 weeks, I have gone from a pain level of 9 to a 3! I'm so grateful for having a compounding pharmacy so close to home. This has been a game changer for me!
