I was reccomended to Wick Automotive by my best friend's family, and I was not disappointed. I was very pleased with my results and service. I needed a new throttle body for my vehicle and I got an oil change as well and I was very happy to be able to drive my car normally again. Will definitely come in again

I've been going to WICK automotive since I was 16 and had my first vehicle and they've worked on all my vehicles for the past 20 years. I recommend them. Great customer service and the mechanics are top notch. They know what they are talking about and they know how to repair your cars. They give it to you and layman's terms and not in mechanical terms. I appreciate their hard work and working with me and my family for the past 20 years.

Apologies about the lateness of this review. I was back home visiting Tha Rock over the weekend of 10/13. I had been told earlier by a different shop that the rattling sound I was hearing was my heat shield that had come loose. Fast forward to that weekend. So, by the time I got to my family I could see something hanging low under my car and I assumed it was the muffler, it also started scraping the ground in low places. That weekend I started looking up shops. Monday the 16th I contacted a few and they were booked up for the day or week. I looked again at the shops that did walk-ins. Went to one of the other highly rated ones and the vibe was okay, but weird. They told me to come back at noon. I then went back to looking for shops and seen a few close to my location. Saw Wick was right there, gave them a call. Told them I thought My muffler was hanging and just needed to have it fixed at least enough for me to travel the three hours back home. They told me to come in at 2 pm. Once there it was AWESOME. No weird vibes, just a wholesome and helpful vibe. Also a great conversation! My mother and I enjoyed it. Next, I was informed that it was not my muffler, but my heat shield. I thought the heat shield was underneath the hood keeping the engine from burning stuff up lol. They took it off for me and put it in the trunk. They were super nice and understanding and really concerned about me driving on the highway with that hanging. Finally, you can't beat the price unless you're working for free lol. I appreciate you All at Wick so much. They are located in one of my old neighborhoods so that was nice! Whenever I need repairs again I will definitely give you all a call! Highly Recommend !

Thought I was having trouble with my brakes but they told me I wasn't which was great because I thought some repair places would just do the brakes even if they didn't need them. Always a good experience at wcks they even brought my car to my house after it was repaired which was greatly appreciated since it was below zero weather

They were great to work with. Very prompt,professional service. My bill was actually less than the estimate. I will continue going there for all of my repairs.

Once again great service. Went for a oil change, and had to order a wiper for the back window. They got the wiper that day I went back sat in my car outside while they came out in the freezing cold and put it on. So that's service.

Traveling from Illinois to Wisconsin as an art vendor, our vehicle wheel bearings went out. Wick went out of their way to accommodate and started on the work as soon as we got it towed. Safe to say we made it to the show all thanks to them. Really honest, fair priced, and dependable. Would highly recommend using them for services. I wish we had a Wick Automotive in my home town.

After receiving a message from my brother-in-law saying hospice said it was time to call the family in to see my sister one last time. They live in another state. Our car was scheduled for service next week and we needed and oil change and a checkup sooner. We went to Wick's just before closing time and they immediately took the car in and started working on it. They stayed past their closing time and wished us a safe trip. That's going above and beyond. It's service like that that we don't see much anymore.

I've been taking my personal and company vehicles to Brad at Wick Automotive for years. Very good quality work at a fair price. They aren't the type of shop that just throw parts at a car to try and solve an issue. They diagnose and only do the work that is needed. I highly recommend them for all auto work. When they work on a vehicle, it includes a warranty that they stand by and 1 year of reimbursed towing if needed.

Due to a health issue making it hard to drop off and pick up car, Brad and crew were great to help us out! Fast service and explanation of upcoming maintenance and costs. Highly recommend Wick Automotive. 👌

This shop saved me! I am from out of town, and had business in Rockford, with only 2 days to do it. When I arrived my Prius was making two different (new) noises, and I am so thankful I came upon this shop. They took me right away, accurately assessed and fixed the problem while I waited. Professional, honest, and reasonable. I wish they were located in my town because shops like this are hard to come by. I definitely recommend Wick Automotive!

Brad is a qualified and courteous mechanic. Had issues with my running lights and he took the time to find the correct way to remove and replace the bulbs without ruining the finish on the car. I recommend Brad and his mechanics for honest and ethical work on your vehicle.

Finding an honest shop these days is becoming more and more of a rarity. I've only been here twice but both times I feel like I was treated fairly. Wicks is my go to from now on.

Wick automotive is great!! They call and inform you with everything going on they ok everything with you first, they get the job done properly and in a very timely manner these guy are definitely professional’s would definitely recommend them to anyone
