Corey at Good Year rotated my tires on my Tesla. Glad to see he was familiar/trained with Tesla procedures.

Also had a slow leak on one of the tires. Corey found the issue (metal screw). Corey plugged the tire.

This second time guys at Good Year successfully plugged a tire for me (first, wife’s car). 👍

I have a son that was traveling across country coming home from college that had a tire blow out. I called three tire shops. The Good Year Auto Service sales manager Todd was very accomodating and fantastic to deal with. He had all four tires changed and my son back on the road in close to 2 hours. Incredible service!! Thank you!!

Came into town from Minnesota and picked up a flat. Local Chevy dealership quoted a two hour wait to look at the tire and see if it was repairable. Tires Plus wanted me to come back in a week. Drive across the street to these guys who said they would check it right away. I had a nail in the sidewall and with an AWD with 35k miles I would need four tires. Totally legit as the transfer case would be screwed up with the rolling diameter of the one new tire being so different. They offered me four replacements at a fair price and did the work right away.
The guys were friendly, honest and knew their business. Thank you, would highly recommend.

I've been here a couple of different times. So far it's been honest, truthful and excellent customer service. That's a rare set of traits nowadays. I would highly recommend this place if you're looking for good mechanics.

Honest repairs.

We stopped at another tire place because of a leak in our tire, they said they would try to fit us in after a couple of hours. We left and went to Good Year and they took us right away. They fixed the tire. (It was a screw). And were very friendly.

I sent my son here yesterday to check on a tire and rim he bent. The guy working told my son he needed a brand new rim at the price of $300, but the tire was fine. My son is young so Goodyear seen him coming.... they tried to sell him a chrome wheel (he has chrome hubcaps) and then put it on a bad tire. Glad my son went down the road, got a new tire and they bent his rim back in shape for $122. I will NEVER go to this Goodyear again. Who tries to rob young college students?? Pathetic!
