I visited this store because one of my charms had broken. Both associates, Holly and the Assistant Manager, were both very pleasant and helpful in resolving the issue. They took the time to find when it was purchased, since I wasn't sure of exactly when or who purchased the charm (it was a gift) They were very patient as they researched, found it was under a year old, and replaced it no charge...as per the warranty. Unfortunately, that charm was discontinued so they no longer had it in store, so they allowed me to select another of the same value. The interaction was great! They were both wonderfully pleasant and went out of their way to make sure I was happy. I definitely recommend this location!

I took my year old, tarnished bracelet in to get cleaned. I was so embarrassed but they assured me that mines wasn't the worst they had seen. They kept it over night and called when it was ready. They did such a good job. I am very satisfied with their service.

Nice selection of charms and very friendly salespeople. I highly recommend they get paid commission though - finding out that they do not was very disappointing.
