CREST HILL CAT AND DOG

I came from an all feline vet to the cat and dog vet. I was nervous about how my cats would react to having dogs near, but the cat room seems to be available for us to wait in which allows for a private area to let the cats destress prior to their exam.
Steff is friendly and knowledgeable abd out vet listens well and addresses all my concerns.

Crest Hill Cat and Dog Clinic is the absolute best around. I am a first time dog owner and have lots of questions. The staff always answers my questions no matter how big or small the issue. My pup, Titan, got sick and they squeezed me in the same day. They provided the best care for him and are taking every step to figure out what’s going on with him. The staff has been so accommodating to make sure that my pet insurance has all the paperwork needed for my claim. I truly cannot say enough kind words about every single doctor, vet tech, front desk staff, etc in this practice. On top of amazing staff, the prices are reasonable. I am the utmost confidence in Crest Hill Cat and Dog Clinic.

We have been going here for several years. Each time, no matter which doctor, nurse or receptionist, every one was awesome. Very knowledgeable, down to earth and professional. Prices were cheap. The only thing expensive was the Will county tag fee. Never smells like animal in there and waiting room is never full.

All around this is an amazing animal clinic, being a dog mommy for over 30 years I have been through a number of vet offices with my furry babies and I starting using this clinic 3 years ago when I adopted by standard poodle puppy, and I then started bring my big chicken of a Great Dane here for her shots and wellness checks also. The staff and all the Doctors we’ve had here are wonderful and accommodating with both my babies needs and fears, and I can’t thank them enough! Thank you for all you do! Baylee & Sylo’s mom!

Wow. It is hard to express in words the gratitude I have for this clinic. My cat Ashes, 16, was brought to the clinic for end of life services due to her age. The veterinarian and staff were beyond respectful and helpful in this very hard process. I was able to take as much time as I needed to say goodbye without any feeling of being rushed whatsoever. They just asked me to tell them when I was ready. They had an array of options for her urn, with an option for a paw print and multiple fur vials FREE OF CHARGE! Also, when I picked her up, they included pamphlets for the grieving process. Oh, but that was not enough. They went as far as to mail me a personalized card for Ashes and the ENTIRE staff signed it. It was amazing. Their care has brought me to tears multiple times. I cannot express to the readers of this post the astonishing care of these dear staff members. They were simply the best, hands down. I am so so so grateful for the care they expressed throughout this process. To them, thank you for everything you do. The little things do not go unnoticed. Much love to all of them. I CANNOT RECOMMEND THEM ENOUGH! ❤

We adopted our dog from paws 4 rescue and we had her spayed here at Crest Hill. Everyone there was so pleasant and nice. Thank you for taking care of our baby girl.

This facility is state of the art and the staff is wonderful and knowledgeable. The waiting area and exam rooms are spotless and the second we left our exam room they started making it clean for the next patient. My dog is always in good hands here. The prices are reasonable, and even less expensive than many other local clinics. (That being said, anyone reading this review should consider getting pet insurance if they don't have it already!) I moved 45 minutes away from Crest Hill Cat and Dog and changing to a closer clinic has never crossed my mind.

I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with Crest Hill Cat and Dog. My foster puppies go there for medical care and it's also where my own dog had his neuter and dew claw removal. Very clean and staff are professional and compassionate.

Dr.Walley and Dr.Horton are the only vets I will go to. An office visit is only 36 dollars compared to previous vets I have been to which were all 65 dollars and up just for the office appt. They don't charge you for every little thing and when I was there last and forgot to bring my checkbook to pay they said no problem come in when you are available in the next week and pay us then or call us with a card number. Very nice of them to allow me to walk out with my dog owing them 150 dollars. The office is so large and modern and they don't over book so you never have to wait. If your appt is at noon you are seen at noon. The vet techs are wonderful here as well. You can tell they love animals and this isn't just a paycheck which means a lot to me. I've been seeing Dr. Walley the main vet at this practice for 7 years now and will never change. He is hard to get in with sometimes and when my dog is having a major allergy flare up and needs antibiotics or something important where I can't wait a week then I will see Dr.Horton. She is so lovely. They both talk and talk and talk and explain and make sure you leave full of knowledge with the right medications. Dr. Horton even remembered what my dogs paws looked like when I seen her over a year ago. She commented on the improvement and I was so embarrassed because I didn't even remember seeing her yet she remembered me and Wilbur my 7 year old Pitbull!!! They specialize in dogs. If money is tight and your dog needs her or his nails cut to flea control to allergies Crest Hill Cat and Dog Clinic is the way to go. You can get help for your animal and still pay your bills. Finding such passionate and intelligent veterinarians along with the fabulous vet techs is so hard if not impossible to find so I call Dr. Walley and Dr. Horton rare, hidden gems. Can't forget to comment on the front desk staff who are superb!! When I call to get a medicine refilled or pay over the phone or to make an appt..I am NEVER put on hold. They always answer right away unlike most vets where I get an answering machine.. A voice mail.. Or put on hold forever. They also have a full size fridge filled with cold bottles of water and a coffee and tea station All Free in case you get thirsty. What more can you ask for!!!

I love this place. I take my 2 cats and my dog here. The staff is always so helpful and nice. They saved my cat's eyes with surgery that was cost-friendly. It would've normally cost over $2000! Highly recommend.

Hannah and I appreciate you guys for helping us send spock aka spokerton to the rainbow bridge. Everyone was so nice to use and are fuzzy buddy. We miss him greatly but we know he isn't suffering anymore. Thank you so much for making a difficult process so much better and easier <3

Wonderful caring, kind staff, excellent doctors and care, fair prices. Took me in right away when they were fully booked for the day when my sweet Abbey was sick and I need to day goodbye. Will never forget the time and kindness they showed me that day, especially Dr. Reed. God Bless and thank you. I entrust all my sweet animals with them.

Wonderful veterinarian clinic where all staff members are friendly and professional. Clearly everyone here loves their furry patients and doesn't feel it is a burden to go the extra mile to provide exceptional care.

Very nice staff. I switch to them because they keep better track of my dog’s needs. The place I used to go to still used paper with dates and asked me what vaccines my dog needed. I’m no vet so I feel like they should tell me… anyways. I’m glad my dogs are taken care of.

I adopted a sweet pup from a rescue and they recommended Crest Hill Cat and Dog Clinic for her care. They were amazing with my sweet Gracie. Everyone from registration, the the tech, to the vet, were so kind and compassionate with my pup and I. I would definitely recommend them for the care of your pet!

Dr.Walley treated my precious dog Chloe. He took such wonderful care of my precious baby. Everyone in this practice are such wonderful people. They made her last moments so precious. I bring my dogs here for their annual check-ups, any health concerns I have, and grooming services. I am extremely impressed with the level of care and attention my dogs receive from the entire staff.

The veterinarians are knowledgeable, thorough, and give me valuable advice on how to care for my dogs’ health. They also take the time to answer all of my questions and concerns.

The grooming services are top-notch. My dogs always come back looking and smelling fresh and clean. Jackie is gentle and patient with my dogs and they are always excited to see her!

They truly go above and beyond to ensure the well-being of our furry friends!

Dr. Anthony Walley and his partner and wife, Dr Esther Ling, are both knowledgeable and compassionate, in dealing with not only pets, but also their owners. Both are fine people and professionals. Their kindness, humility, and willingness to research even unusual pet health problems, are are all outstanding. My extended family has brought all our dogs ( over 10) primarily to Dr. Walley since he and Dr Ling opened their practice about 15 years ago. I trust them with everything from the most complex surgery to the routine annual care, and have never been disappointed. Their staff is very good, and their facility is wonderful. My extended family as well as my wife and I, drive an hour to get to get our dogs to Crest Hill Cat and Dog Clinic, because of the exceptional care they provide. I give them, and especially Dr Walley and Dr. Ling, my highest and unqualified recommendation.

Great place to call "Your Vet". I drive 45 minutes for our visits and it is 100% worth it. The staff is amazing and always friendly.
I was referred to CHC&D when I was planning to get a new pup. They have taken such great care of Diesel since day 1. Thank you!!
