Shane Sullivan is an awesome tax preparer. He was pleasant and kind. Everything was explained in language that I could understand. And he got things done in a quick, efficient, and affordable manor. In my years in my current business, Shane has been the best I have run across. I highly recommend him and his firm.

This accounting firm will take advantage of you and will rip you off. Jeff not once mentioned to me his rates/prices but will gladly let you take up as much time as you want with him and then at the end of it all charge you 275$/hour that’s 5$ a minute!! His invoice had no breakdown of his time whatsoever and after it was all said and done his employees forgot to send out my info to the bank I was working with at the time for a loan. I had to wait an extra 2 weeks for my info to get sent out. Complete disappointment. I will never be back here and will never recommend this firm to even my worst enemy

Awful, Corporate return didn't get done until mid-July. No reason for the lateness till it was done and then explained he lost 6 people last year. This is the 7th month of 2023. Made a poor assumption on my contributions, paying much more than I expected.
