Caton Crossing Animal Hospital

This was our first visit at the Caton Crossing Animal Hospital. We are new pet parents and need all the help and information we can get to keep our staff/box-mix girl healthy and well. Dr. Longfield and Maddie were very patient with us and helpful by answering all the questions we had. We couldn't be more pleased about the warm welcoming and they're professionalism. A big THANK YOU to all of you!

Very caring, compassionate, loving staff as well as the veterinarian. The facility is also very clean. The vet was very thorough and gave me confidence
to have my 14yr old Bishon receive dental surgery. She also prescribed an antibiotic and pain med for my Lil fur baby. I definitely refer anyone to go to Caton Crossing animal facility.

We love Caton Crossing Animal Hospital. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I won't say the may dog 'LOVE" going to the vet, they don't mind it. The most important thing is that they really care about my dogs. We have taken our last five dogs to them.

Very clean, staff very friendly. The Dr's were very thorough. I am glad I brought my dog in here for his emergency treatment. Would definitely recommend.

Our family, including our two dogs, love Caton Crossing Animal Hospital. The staff and veterinarians are incredibly caring and responsive to us and our dogs and are so friendly and professional. Our dogs are the nervous types yet manage to calm down pretty quickly under their care. I especially appreciated the time I needed to pick up my dog’s thyroid medicine but didn’t think I could get there on time before they closed. One of their staff volunteered to bring it to me because she lived close by. This is just how they are. Great place!

They were quick to get my sick dog in for evaluation. Everyone is compassionate and patient.

Very happy with the recent dental cleaning for my dog. I appreciated how they kept him until he was up and alert and verified he tolerated the procedure.

Caton Crossing and Dr Marji Bundy was recommended by a friend. Since we live in Chicago and used to live in the Plainfield area I have heard of this animal hospital. Our senior Chihuahua (Charley) was diagnosed with a torn ligament and it is an expensive surgery not to mention scary because of our baby's age. From the moment I stepped foot into Caton Crossing I received the best compassionate customer service from everyone there. Dr. Bundy took her time to explain everything and we discussed other options and I felt her intentions were pure not pushy but honest not to mention how professional and experienced she is. The surgery took place on 3/14/18 and I received numerous calls through out the day on Charley and Dr. Bundy even took the time to call me personally after his surgery. Dr. Bundy started her day at 8:00 a.m. and she called me at 9:00 p.m. after the surgery. This screams dedication and love for what you do even though you are exhausted. The cost was very reasonable as compared to Chicago's. We would highly recommend Caton Crossing Animal Hospital and you should know that these people care and are the best at what they do. From the ladies at the front desk Jennifer, Kirsten and Caitlyn (vet technician) really everyone there is full of compassion and understanding that you are worried about your fur baby and they get it. Customer Service is impeccable as well as their knowledge and experience. Caton Crossing and staff we thank you for taking such good care of our Charley Bear and we are grateful!!!!!!

We've been going here for roughly 20 years with 3 cats and 1 dog over that period. I appreciate the paw plan to space out the payments, and it keeps us on schedule with appointments. Both my cats and dog have had their teeth cleaned here as well. If a procedure is done, you will get the appropriate pain meds on site which is very convenient. There is also an option to order pet meds and have them shipped to my home, or buy at location. Everyone is kind and patient. We're very happy with this location.

The staff is very attentive. We were seen right away and the helped with all of my dogs needs. Great care!!!

From start to finish they listened to our concerns and made sure we were comfortable with all treatment options. You can tell that everyone truly cares and are not just trying to get pets and their owners in and out. We only wish we would have found Dr. Longwood and her staff long before now. We had to lay our pet to rest and this clinic was more than amazing about it. From their reassuring words to their kind care of our pet to their concern for our well being after the fact. I cannot believe the level of care and kindness at this hospital. We even received a condolences card in the mail a week later, which was signed by the entire staff.

I’ve been bringing my pittie to this vet since adopting him. His former family took him here so I continued. I love that they’ve known him so long AND aren’t scared of him. He can look and sound mean when he’s scared. He gets loves before being seen, while getting care, and afterwards.

Great place for your pets. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. My little golden doodle is usually scared of new places but was very calm during his visit and enjoyed all the extra attention ge received. He didn’t even notice when they gave him his shots because the vet kept him entertained. So glad I picked this place for my 12 week old pup. Try it. You won’t be disappointed.
