NITE Equipment

The entire team at NITE Equipment was phenomenal. This level of professional service and customer support is hard to find today. You can tell they are a family run business and it is their reputation on the line. I will definitely be back and whole heartedly will recommend them to my friends and family.

The trailer I purchased is a very good looking 3 year old unit. NITE was able to go thru the bearings, hubs and tires and make very good recommendations for actions to take. All very reasonable and necessary work, nothing was superfluous. It needs a red wrap now to match my truck.

Super nice folks to deal with. I think I think I got a really fair deal on my trailer. Paperwork was fast and effortless. Rick and Roger were super thorough in going over the trailer and making sure it was set up correctly! A bit out of the way for me but it was easy worth it. I would highly recommend Nite Equipment!

Follow Up 2.14.23--
I had an issue with my trailer that was a Mfg. defect and not in any way a fault of NITE Equip. NITE went to bat for me with the manufacturer, got the parts required to do the repairs and came to ME to do the repairs so as not to inconvenience me. NOW that is service that is seldom found today!! If I could give them 10 stars I would.

I dropped a truckload of trailers at NITE Equipment and had a great time while I was there. Staff is very polite, professional and efficient. Lot is clean and well organized. Adherence to safety is obvious. And the business is patriotic and Veteran-friendly. As a Veteran myself it was really nice to deal with these people and this business who are as proud Americans as they are helpful and valuable to their community and country.

I highly recommend Nite Equip. Recently had an electric jack put on my horse trailer and it's fabulous. Great service from the entire staff and especially from Rich and Neil. Great work, very friendly and helpful and reasonable prices.

Absolutely amazing service. We were on the edge about buying a trailer they let us take it and see if it worked for us before purchasing, it unfortunately did not. We did not buy it no question asked. I will be sending anyone looking for a trailer there and the next one i buy will be here. They also have a very good selection for from little utility trailers to paving trailers etc.

Great customer service! Came in with my 2yr old daughter and were so welcoming! Efficient, knowledgeable, fast, and easy to talk to. Will definitely recommend.

Drove a good amount to this place and was happy it paid off. Everyone here was helpful and nice. They even inspected my truck wiring and fixed it on site. While I waited, Chris (salesman) educated me on the different trailers and seemed honest and wasn't pushy with sales. Everything went smooth and I left feeling good. One of mechanics even helped fix my tool box! Definitely going to come back here when I need to upgrade my trailers. Highly recommended.

This is a very reputable place... straight forward and no BS...honest and hard working staff. When no one else wanted to do the work my 48' car hauling trailer needed done these guys stepped up and done a great and quick service...I want to thank the entire staff from the phone call all the way to payout such a great and comfortable business...also love Jack's he's a great member ...he's not a dog he's a family member...I highly appreciate and definitely recommend this company to any and to at least call this company first...thank you all and I will be back for sure

We have purchased two trailers from Nite for our business. Although it is 2.5 hours away, there is a reason we make the drive. The customer service and attention to detail, is second to none. We have 6 Sure-Trac trailers for our business and unfortunately this time around there was a small issue at no fault to Nite. I was blown away by the level of service Jessie gave me to fix the issue. Do not hesitate to “shop” around, it’s not always about the price but the level of service and dealer support you receive. I wish Nite Equipment was our local dealer.

I drove over 2.5 hours to pickup a trailer I purchased. The customer service I received was top notch. This was the only dealer I could find who had a reasonable amount of trailers in stock. I'll continue to make the long haul for my next purchase.

We had a plow kit installed on our new pick up truck. Jesse was wonderful to work with, very accommodating. Neil did an awesome job installing the kit, as well. Would highly recommend Nite Equipment!
