extremely happy with the service and expertise at this location!! The Kerri Milligan family will be coming back for more again and again!! This is the second chair we purchased from this exact location and we plan to come back for more and everyone from the service, store staff and delivery staff deserves a raise!!

We went today looking for a new couch. Was met at the door by Kevin. He asked what we were looking for. Told him exactly what we needed. Decent priced, kid friendly couch. He took right to one and we fell in love with it. Kevin did show us a couple of others in our price range, but with my disability I couldn't get up off those. Kevin was very knowledgeable about the couch. Great experience and will definitely shop there again.

This was our second time buying from Bobs and this time we had a much better experience. Our salesperson Lorena was very nice and helpful. She greeted us when we walked in, let us do our thing and even take an ice cream break with our son without adding any pressure. We made our decision and let her know. We had concerns from our previous purchase and she introduced us to the store manager and answered all our concerns and offered us an assurance it will not happen that way again if needed.

Thank you to Bob’s for an amazing retail experience. The team was in a great mood from the start. We were quickly greeted by Leo but were never pressured or felt anyone hovering. We browsed the store which was clean and had fun music playing. My fiancé and myself ended up getting some furniture and the experience couldn’t have been easier and more pleasant. Very well run location and friendly staff!

Jeremy was wonderful! He showed us what we were looking for, he gave us space to check things out, and he was right there when we needed him. He went thru all of the paperwork with us, explained everything and helped us get delivery set up. All around a great experience.

Shay greeted us at the door and we clicked from there. She was so personable and down to earth. She made this process so easy and quick. Highly recommend shay to any and everyone . Thanks again.

Shay was a phenomenal sales consultant. She was extremely helpful and informative in helping us pick out a new sectional. She was patient with all of our questions, showed us multiple options, and offered us the care plan, which we purchased because of her education on the coverage. All the while she was helping another customer who told us directly that Shay was the only consultant who gave her attention, shay helped both of us out in such a professional and courteous manner. We had been shopping all day for a new sectional visiting multiple competitors but ultimately chose Bob’s because of the phenomenal customer service experience provided by Shay. I would recommend anyone looking for furniture to visit Bob’s and ask for Shay!

Bob's furniture always seems to have great furniture at good prices. Our sales associate, Dan Short, was excellent to with with! He was very knowledgeable about all the furniture we purchased, not pushy, and very patient while we made decisions. Most furniture sales people we have delt with in the past (at other stores) knew less then we did about their products. I would highly recommend asking for Dan if you visit Bob's furniture in Joliet, he was excellent and very knowledgeable!

I have nothing but good things to say about Bob's. The associate that I interacted with, Shay, was perfect! She wasn't pushy, didn't hover, and answered any questions I had. WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!!

Salesman Jeremy is AMAZING! Literally didn’t feel like you were dealing a salesman. He went above and beyond and didn’t force anything on you. He was SUPER down to earth.

I went in to look for a recliner and Leo Rodrigues was very helpful and let me know they had a great deal that nobody really knew about and thanks to him I walked out with something even better then what I was expecting. Dan was very helpful and not over bearing! He answered all our questions and gave us time to decide what options were best for us. He was not pushy towards a purchase.
