U-Haul Moving & Storage of Rockford

The employees at this store are all very friendly and helpful. The nice young lady Jenny even carried my boxes to my car for me!!!! The other lady Debra or maybe it was Reba? Either way she was super friendly as well and very knowledgeable on the products and services offered at her locations. As a long time U-haul user, this location genuinely impressed me and it was refreshing to be waited on in such an extraordinary manner. i have and will continue to tell my friends, coworkers and family members of my great experience with this location! outstanding!!!

Great service by a wonderful young lady. The only thing I have to say is they need a big sign that says UHual so I knew where it was off of state street. Also a marquee sign would be helpful as well. Great Experience though.

The people that own this business should be ashamed of themselves. Their building is delapitated and dangerous. You would never know that it's open. I then watched them pull a box cutter and a crowbar on people that had mistakenly taken their property for abandoned and had been sleeping there. The people had put up no fight and left immediately yet the uhaul employees continued to threaten them. I will never do business here

Pos never open when supposed to be. Assume closed down.
