Paid for lift gate delivery only for a 600 lb refrigerator to get dropped off outside in the rain without it being lifted up three stairs because the guy refused to help. I will refuse to do business with you and discourage any one else to do so as well unless somehow this situation gets amended. I have never had service this poor before or been treated this way. I hope you can treat future customers better.

I was called yesterday to confirm drop off for Tuesday morning after not hearing from them I decided to call abf freight then told me that they weren't going to be able to drop the package off today I wish I would have known earlier that way my wife wouldn't I had to take the day off.

Useless, won't pick up a engine in a private lot.
