They were great at showing me the electric recliners they had and were patient as I tried out different ones until I found the one I really liked. It was raining and they did an excellent job wrapping the chair in plastic to put in the back of our truck. Our payments are affordable and it's a great chair!

I love the furniture I purchased here. Quality furniture at a much more reasonable price than the big stores on State st. There was an issue with a couple of the cushions. Ron dropped off replacements the next day. 10/10 I recommend.

I'm 100% coming back here in the future and sending everyone I know this way. Top of the line brands for low cost. Bought an Ashley signature sectional for $890....yes that was the price brand new. Same couch at Ashley's was nearly $2,000. What a steal. And there was zero pressure to buy. The employee explained how they were organized and let us do our thing. I wish they sold bed frames, because that's my next item needed.

We were very impressed with this company. We spent almost two months searching for new furniture. We heard alot of long wait times and had many high quotes for what we wanted. Sometimes we were even told they couldn't do what we needed. The owner and son were very helpful when piecing our sectional together. Delivery was prompt without a wait time. We have bought a couch and went back for a matching recliner. Wonderful & easy experience. It was in stock & we got to take it home right away. The couch we got delivered that day. We are happy with the quality & comfort and the friendly service.

Kim at BoxDrop truly cares about helping her customers. I was a little skeptical at first, because the prices were so low and the online photos didn't show much; but the experience was first class. I've been into the common mattress stores before and there is always so much pressure to buy and the prices can be astronomical. This experience was the polar opposite. Kim was more interested in my needs than selling me something, there was no pressure to buy, the prices were about half of what you'd pay at a big mattress store, and the quality has upheld for months now. I actually waited a few months to write this review intentionally so as to experience the quality myself before prematurely reviewing; and I am thoroughly impressed. We bought the Opal Queen Set and are very pleased!

The hands down best furniture shopping experience I've had! They give you freedom to shop without pressuring you to buy. The furniture is high quality at a reasonable price! They had multiple sets available in our price range and we found the style and color we were looking for! The family that owns it couldn't possibly be nicer!

We didn't purchase anything here yet, but the owners took their time telling us about all of the different couches and it was a very positive experience. Plus, the quality of the furniture seemed better than I have seen at other places.

We did purchase a couch set. Delivery was day of purchase and it was fast. The owners did the install and not random strong guys. We felt respected and cared for through this whole process.

Great customer service, competitive pricing compared to the big box stores. Kim was a pleasure speaking with in the warehouse and Ron and the delivery crew were extremely helpful and professional bringing the sectional into the house. I’d recommend stopping in and checking out their inventory for your next purchase before looking anywhere else!

When I had initially come in to look at sofas, the lady running the floor was very pleasant and nice to work with! Had my sofa/loveseat combo delivered just yesterday and I love how it all looks in my new place! Me and my family were having an absolute day yesterday and were late getting back to my place to let the movers in. They were very understanding and stuck around longer than they were required for us to get back to let them in. Absolutely appreciate their professionalism and understanding when I was unable to provide it back in return, and will 100% recommend them to anyone looking for a new couch or mattress!! Great people, great product, and great service!

Super friendly, down to earth, family owned small business. Works with your budget, doesn't try to upsell or rush you. I personally saw them stay open past their normal hours for people who wanted to check out the store. Very reasonable and affordable. WAY cheaper than the big box stores. Will definitely be back.
