My mom passed away and she had an old ring that had 4 opals in a broken setting. She had some jewelry made from it over the years. She made me a ring long ago for my wedding but my home was burglarized one night and that ring was stolen. When she died, I took the last remaining opal she left me to Busch to see if he could make me a new ring. Opals are delicate. They did! I absolutely love it! It reminds me of my mom!

My fiance came in and the amazing staff helped him pick out the perfect ring. They were very friendly and helpful and we are coming back to get our wedding rings. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I went into Busch Jewelers after a horrible experience at a nearby jewelry store. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a young man and a young lady. The young lady was excellent! I told her what style I was looking for and and she went above and beyond to help me out. I must of tried on 10 rings before I found the one I absolutely knew was the perfect fit for me. She wasn't pushy, which is huge for me. She didn't rush me, it was such a pleasant experience. She was very, very thorough in explaining everything. My wife and I just celebrated our 20th anniversary and come to think of it, we're also celebrating 20 years of doing business with Mitch and his team. When my wife and I got married, Mitch helped me find a one-of-a-kind ring for my wife, which she loved(s).
When our youngest son was born, they helped to design and custom make a very special Mothers ring. Also, several unique jewelry pieces along the years.
20 years later, I knew that I could count on Busch Jewelers for a special 20 yr anniversary gift for my wife. After sharing with Phyllis what I had in mind, we found a beautiful bracelet, which once again, my wife loves.

Busch Family Jewelers are an absolute joy to work with. My wife and I have found their entire staff to be very compassionate and always interested in your story. I have experienced a level of customer service and care that is not present in the big jewelry stores. I have watched their staff even direct customers to other locally owned family jewelers that specialize in different areas they do not. My experience with this was watching them help a gentlemen with a Rolex watch that he wanted appraised. They do not carry and are not a registered Rolex jeweler, so they directed him to a very reputable locally owned jeweler that does. If you are looking for a custom piece they have you covered. Connor Busch worked very close with me to come up with a design for my wife's wedding ring. He showed me 3D renderings to ensure it was exactly what I wanted. Their selection of men's jewelry can be a little sparse at times, but that is to be expected for a small family owned jewelry store. No matter what it is that you are looking for, or the occasion, go see Busch Family Jewelers. You will not be disappointed!

Recently I had to get my ring repaired and went to Busch Jewelers having never been to them previously, I walked in and was welcomed by everyone in store. The help and reassurance I received was unmatched as I had to have my ring sent out to be fixed. I got it back within the time frame they gave me and was beyond pleased with the results once it was back. Everyone was so so helpful and very sweet I can’t recommend them enough. There aren’t enough positive words to describe Busch Jewelers. I am a research-aholic and there was no exception in this particular case as I looked for an engagement ring and wedding band. I found Busch Jewelers to be superior when it came to customer service, product selection, craftsmanship and most importantly cost. Busch Jewelers is our go to shop for beautiful jewelry. Mitch knows I love my Caribbean blue diamond ring and even had a matching one custom made for my husband. When we were searching for a cross necklace like one we had seen in his store several years ago, Mitch and Conner went on the hunt to locate one for us, and found one! Well! I went to Busch Jewelers: Mitchell Busch to look at a ring that I was selling to a family member. I wanted to make sure the ring was in good condition and perfect. Mr. Busch went above and beyond. He educated me about the ring that I had in my possession. He explained the condition of the diamonds, the condition of the gold and the care that it would need in order for it to be in perfect condition for my loved one that I was selling it to. With the touch that Busch Jewelers provided the ring is beautiful! The ring was also appraised. Years ago I had Busch Jewelers put a unique stone I purchase overseas in one of their gold settings; they knocked it out of the ball park; I get compliments every time I wear that piece.
