Kim is the best, my now husband purchased my engagement ring from Zales in 2015, we've never had any issues with customer service...we always go to Kim because we've built a friendship with her. My son just purchased an engagement ring for his gf from Kim as well. Also just a side note, every holiday we get mail that has specific sales going on for loyal customers...we love these deals:)
