Great store. I ordered online, arrived earlier than I should have, due to being in the area shopping, stopped in, and actually paid in store andchatted online with customer service and they canceled my online order. Within 24 hours they refunded my original online payment as well. I appreciate them going out of their way to help, both in store and customer service.

My wife and I went into the store looking for earrings for my wife for my daughter's wedding. Gloria asked what color my wife would be wearing and she got a couple sets for us to look at. One of the first sets she brought over is the set we really liked. Excellent job asking questions about what we were looking for, the event she would be wearing them to, and getting to know my wife's taste. She knocked it out of the park. My fiancé and I have been coming to Rogers & Hollands for a little while looking at rings. We have had our fair share of experiences with the staff there. You can tell it is very obvious they are trying to make a sale rather than focusing on what you want. That is something we couldn’t stand because wedding rings are important and you need to make sure they’re something you like. We did find one staff member, Gloria, that we only go to now. If she isn’t there we don’t even waste our time. Gloria remembers us whenever we walk in and doesn’t push sales. She is so patient and works with us the hundred times we changed our minds. She really is so easy to work with and makes this process feel so easy. We have found our rings but the chances of us returning when searching for other jewelry is very high due to the amazing service we received while working with her.

Listen, if you want any other jewelry experience go anywhere else. For those who want warmth, quality, knowledge, expertise and overall the best experience, come to Rogers and Holland. Alyssa and Gloria are a great representation of how you should sell jewelry. They show you something you can love for a lifetime and their warranty is worth EVERY PENNY. I refuse to buy from anywhere else.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! I’ve been going here for years. I’ve never had an issue with jewelry outside of my own accidents. But anytime I’ve had anything happen, they either fixed it or replaced it with their lifetime warranty. Management and staff is always friendly and super helpful. They never make you feel like you have to buy anything or feel a certain way if you don’t buy anything. And I love that they have a layaway. My favorite jewelry store, no questions!
