I was on a trip in my 28 year old RV and the fuel pump went out after making dozens of calls to find somebody to repair it. I got a hold of Alex at K o he was so professional Jim did the repairs on the RV I can’t emphasize how professional and how courteous they were and the pricing was very fair. If you find yourself looking for a repair try these guys out there. Wonderful.

The customer service Mark provided was phenomenal! I took my PT cruiser in that I had just bought used. We new there was a small issue with it. He kept in contact with us during the time it was there.

You won't get better service on your vehicle. These guys are professional and friendly. They really do want to help you resolve your vehicle issues and they are more than reasonable with the cost. No hidden fees no nonsense. I drive an hour out of way to get to these guys. In a bit shell the best car care around at fantastic prices. I love them and they can work ony vehicle forever.

Just recently took my 93 Dakota in to have a starter put on. They were pretty competitive on price. They had the best deal I could find. 85 dollars and 1 hour worth of work, and my truck was back on the road. I greatly appreciate how fast they got me in and out. Especially with my truck being a work truck for my business. Overall very good. My only gripe is that they weren't very polite. But then again they were busy. Will definitely be going back to them to have my truck serviced again soon.

July 1st, 2019.
Took my 03 f150 into the shop here today for a leaky differential. They were quick to diagnose and repair the issue which was a pinion seal. The work was done quickly and they did a very good job! All in all I spent around $200.00. I'll be bringing my truck back in a few weeks to have a power steering line replaced. Bring your vehicle here. They do excellent work and you will be satisfied.

The front office is courteous and explains the bill. I have used their services several times and found them to be excellent in maintenance and repairs! When they did a repair if there were options they would go through and explain the options.An RV is a money pit BUT they do an excellent job of keeping things reasonable while getting the work done..

The guys at KO are first class. Always kind and thoughtful. Mark will explain everything to you, so you know what’s going on with your car. I would not take my vehicle anywhere else but KO truck and RV.

Mark and his guys are so friendly and very accommodating. They handle our fleet vehicles with hardly any turn around time and will even drop them off to us. Now I take my personal vehicle there. Great shop to work with!!

Awesome place to get work done at. Mark is very nice. He explains everything in full detail and is very fair & honest. A nice place for a young lady to take her car and not worry about being overcharged and given bad info too. Will always take car to be serviced here.

While driving north to Rockford, my truck developed a leak, which was the last situation I wanted after driving 13 hours.
K.O. Truck and RV service center took the vehicle in on a Friday morning and completed the work by two o'clock on Friday afternoon. And it wasn't an easy job!
This is a 5 star establishment. Ask for Mark. They will take great care of your vehicle

The service is very good i had my trucks serviced there for a few years now they communicated with me as to what was going on with the truck.Also very fast turnaround time.

HUGE Thank you to the guys at KO for getting us back on the road home after our trip picking up a horse at a nearby barn. Our truck wheel didn't sound road worthy, and they got us in and out quickly so we could beat the incoming weather. We were looking for a name for this horse, and thanks to you guys and the multiple pictures of the Three Stooges in your welcome area, we've named him Moe!

On a family trip in the Motorhome they helped my out. My genset wouldn't start, bad batteries (all 4), my fault no water. KO was recommended by Interstate batteries which is next door. They helped me out asap and got me going with 4 new batteries. Thanks

These guys know vehicles. I just started going to them this year and I'm so mad I didn't find them sooner. They are honest and greatly priced. Highly recommend them

We take my sons semi and trailer over there to have work on it they do great work his trailer had to have a new wire harness for his trailer lights they ordered it and when it came in had him bring the trailer over since the truck was there we had them do the service on the truck took it in on Friday and got it back Monday

Mark very polite and professional. I would never take my truck any other place again.
