Amazing experience at this location. Royce has helped me many times getting a vehicle while I’m in town. He even waited after hours to make sure I got my rental.

Car was great. The gentleman working there was friendly. No issues with pick up or drop off.

I like the great service that Royce gives at rockford avis rental. He knows his job.

I can say Avis is much better then budget it self although I don’t know what the Rockford location will be like the Appleton Avis right close to the bus station was epic they honor u and really respect us budget is money hungry n greedy will make false claims on u ijs.. I’ve seen there bad attitudes myself Hertz owes me 500 deposit I never got back 2 years ago so I don’t want to ever rent from them again when u need extended time pick Avis they stand by their word they have very clean nice newer cars n they always answer the phone I won’t ever rent From no one else I work contracts cna jobs so I pay a month in advance I need a car that will always start plus drive looking like the boss that I am in brand new at every assignment love me some Avis

Employee at the counter is always friendly and he is the one always there it seems like. Car was clean and up to date. I really liked the car! I had to extend my stay and it was really easy to do by calling their number, it was all automated, it took me like 5 minutes total to extend the rental dates. Im happy with Avis.

Avis is a very good car rental option. The Chicago-Rockford Airport location is very convenient for us and their service quality is excellent! We recommend them highly for all your car rental needs.

Avis is less expensive and easier to rent. I’ve done National and enterprise. Felt like I was interrogated and leaving my first born child! With AVIS and the app I pick up and drop off in minutes. Literally like 10 minutes. Vehicles very nice and clean

My husband and I got a rental online thru them a couple days in advance to picking it up. When we arrived for the pickup the man at the counter was friendly and quickly got us thru check in. We expected a midsized vehicle and got a stunning Jeep that was the smoothest, newest rental we've ever experienced! So thankful we rented thru Avis and had such a trustworthy vehicle to drive 14+ hours in. Couldn't have been more comfortable.

Such a great experience with Avis! I was transporting a very important client and all of the Avis representatives were very helpful with my questions and concerns, especially Royce. The vehicle was in excellent condition and was actually better than I originally thought it would be. I will definitely recommend to my friends and family and will be using them in the future!

I rented a car to return home to California from Illinois rather than risk air travel. When I arrived at the small regional airport to pick up my rental car, two other people were waiting for rental car agents from two other rental car companies. Only the Avis agent showed up while we were all there. From start to finish my experience with Avis was very positive.
