I highly recommend Randy and his crew. I needed a new roof and siding after the hail storm last year in Oregon. My dad was a 26-year Navy veteran and I had seen and heard about the great things they do for veterans and wanted to give my business to a company that valued those who served our country.
I truly could not be more happy with the service and communication that they gave me. I met several times with Randy, picked out what I liked and the rest is history. The product was shipped to my house. The crew did an amazing job. The roof was done on a day when I was not home. I could not even tell they were there when I got home. The yard did not have a speck of scrap left behind. My house went from looking like it belonged in the ghetto to looking like a home that I could be proud of. Now on to the next project of doors and the porch. Thank you for everything, Randy and crew.

Randy Palmeri and son has been the best service I have ever used. Nick help me through every step with the insurance he made everything run smoothly. The group that did the roofing were the greatest. They way they cleaned up was amazing. They are the only ones to call.

After Randy Palmeri assessed hail damage on my roof, Nick came out to coordinate arrangements for the work of replacing the roof and gutters. Nick was ON IT when it came to working with the insurance company and scheduling work. He was patient and very professional. Working with him was like working with a trusted family member who was determined to take care of me. I couldn't be more pleased with the job he did. Quality materials and a careful crew also helped.

I can’t say enough how I pleased I am with Randy Palmeri & Son. My house in Hudson was damaged by a hail storm last month. Austin from Palmeri & Son came over and inspected my whole house for hail damage. After his inspection he sat down with me and showed me photos of the damage to my roof and gutters. Austin also thoroughly explained the claims process, as I have never filed a homeowners claim before.

Austin met with my insurance company out at my house to make sure he got all of the damages covered; and he did.

A week later he came over again to go over all the insurance paperwork with me, and showed me all of the shingle colors, and explained what to expect during the day of the build, etc.

Yesterday they installed my new roof in one day (which surprised me because my roof is pretty big/complex). The roofing crew was very respectful, and they even laid tarps down all around the house. I felt relieved because I was worried about my landscaping getting damaged. Austin was at the house throughout the day to update me and make sure everything was going good. The owner, Randy, even stopped by to say hi and check on the roof.

Once they were done with the roof they went around and cleaned up very well, and used these magnets with wheels to pick up all the nails on the ground.

This morning they came over and installed the new gutters and downspouts, which look fantastic!

Randy Palmeri & Son did a great job replacing the shingles on my residence. Their sales rep, Austin Galvan, was very friendly, and communicated with me at every step in the process. The installers worked hard – replacing my roof in less than a day.

Palmeri and son did great fast work for me. Communication was very good during storm damage roof replacement. I would highly recommend this company for any home exterior work.

I called for a leak around our roof vent pipe today and I quickly got a call back. Danny met me at my home and was waiting 10 minutes prior to the appointment. Very courteous, respectful, and knowledgeable. He jumped on the roof and came down with an accurate quote. We shook on the spot and he was done within 20 minutes. He had all the materials on hand and gave extra tips and guidance on thinks to look out for while he was up there too.

Danny helped us pick out the best roofing for our home. His team did an excellent job installing & with the clean up. We didn't find 1 single nail. In the past we found them all over by a different company. This was an excellent experience. Danny was a pleasure to work with.

Great service, great people! New roof With 2 layer tear off! Crew was on site by 7 AM, done & everything cleaned up by 3 PM! Quote was very clear and understandable. Reasonably priced. When we are ready for siding, they will be our first call! I ABSOLUTELY recommend Randy Palmeri & Son!!

Overall perfect experience with these guys. They not only got out here immediately they also saved me a ton of money over the other guys quote. I would recommend them to anybody.
