Staff has been very helpful, even when the location is very busy. Never had a negative experience no matter who was helping me.

The FedEx on American road was very convenient for me and the people that work there were very friendly and helpful!

Sandra was absolutely wonderful. She was able to help us with downloading pictures so she could print them and then did a beautiful job with that!!!!

Customer service was amazing! A woman at the front counter, I believe her name was Joan, was very kind and helpful! She was patient with me and helped me figure out an issue I had with a package. I would come back because of her!

Couldn't print out the return shipping label for two items I needed to forward back and the clerk had me email it to her email address so she can print it out for me she was a big help and save me extra money I didn't have thank you
