This morning I visited another retailer prior to going to Finish Line. They didn't greet me, and the whole time I was looking at the selection, no employee was visible. I decided to take a drive out to Finish Line, and I'm super glad I did. Upon entering the store, I was immediately greeted by Max and welcomed. He proceeded to help me with several sets of shoes, and we had a nice conversation. He was very patient, kind, knowledgeable and a joy to work with. I was previously in marketing for a major corporation, and I know how hard it is to get and keep good employees. Max is a winner, and I hope his company has great plans for him. Great job, Max!!

I was in there with my boys and we must’ve tried on about twenty pairs of shoes, and the whole time Terrence was very kind and courteous. He never once showed any frustration or negativity. The customer service was amazing and patient. That will be my first go-to place from now on. Hopefully they stay customer service friendly.

My experience with this store always been great, they are very knowledgeable when it comes to sneakers especially retros. when I'm in the store I always talk to a guy name Trey, he's very excellent with customer service and really think he should be a manager or assistant manager. I love that guys energy and he always seems to love his job. I like how he cracks jokes , he's a real funny guy. Every person that works there is real cool especially the big funny guy I think his name is DK. Casey the store manager is really helpful and knowledgeable as well, I came in looking for a retro and they didn't have it in stock but Casey looked the retro up for me and they said they had it in stock. Casey ordered the shoe for me and my shoes came within 3 business days. I love the people that work there. Keep up the good work guys

I went there the other day to buy shoes. I kept trying on a bunch of pairs because I was indecisive, but the staff was so patient and kind. In the end, they helped me find the right pair of shoes and products to go with them. Casey helped me out a ton, and he was so nice! Never going to another shoe store! This is the place to go!

We brought in my son (9 years old) that can be very indecisive and is sensitive to clothing and shoes he wears. He can be somewhat difficult at times. We probably left and came back into this store 4 or 5 times within a 2 hour period, trying on and looking at handfuls of shoes. The young man that helped us every time was Maxwell. Maxwell was patient, friendly, knowledgeable, and never made us or my son feel like we were wasting his time or being a burden. He helped us until my son finally chose a pair of shoes. Huge shout out to this young man
