Tala Coffee Roasters - Libertyville Cafe

This is my regular coffee spot. It's a great spot to meet up with friends and/or get some studying/work done. The coffee is very good and they know how to make a fantastic almond milk latte. The muffins/donuts are delicious too.

I’ve noticed one of the baristas makes my lattes so when the handle is on the left, I can see the latte art properly. I asked her today if it was intentional and she said yes. She noticed I am left-handed. What a beautiful thing to be seen.

The location can throw you off: you have to drive through an industrial park, but keep going and you’ll be glad. Coffee is smooth and the space looks good for both hanging out as well as getting work done.

Nice isolated/secluded coffee ☕ spot my brother found for an elevated cup. NYC interior warehouse conversion vibe, serving great espressos and creamy lattes.

Watch your step entering and exiting the building. They might want to consider painting that first concrete step outside their glass door! Lol.

My first time visiting this GEM and it was amazing. The staff super friendly and the service really good. My coffee was so delicious and my wife’s mocha so refreshing.The ambience so relaxing and cool. They also have muffins, donuts and some sweets but stick to the real deal their coffee. The Barista was so nice and friendly also the cashier with a warm smile.I also bought a bag of Finca Juan Martin. This place is a must visit if you are in the North Suburbs and no need to deal with stuff like the “big coffee chain”

This hidden gem has been here since Labor Day weekend. If you've missed this delicious, smooth coffee w out the acidic taste do not pass it up. Love it! So happy they are closer in Libertyville

Grabbed an iced Gingerbread Latte here in the morning, was well worth the stop! It's in a quiet little area of Libertyville, and had plenty of seating with a cozy atmosphere.

My latte was a touch sweet and not too overpowering, the espresso was nice and smooth, definitely would stop again when looking for local coffee!

These beans are LEGIT! I've been stepping up my coffee game lately, and I'm thrilled I found this gem in my hometown. Do yourself a favor and check them out. The owners are local residents and genuinely care about their customers and their community. If you're still drinking Starbucks or DD you don't even know how a great cup of coffee is supposed to taste!

Best coffee! My wife and I had the Wenago Ethiopian, and it was Awesome! Great flavor and comes in nice packaging. Local roaster. What's not to love!?!
