On my visit, the manager was super helpful. They were out of item i was looking for on store shelf. I asked manager and he went to back of store, find the specific item and bring it out for us. Really appreciate the time he devoted to a customer for a smallest of item. Kudos!

I have to go at least once a month to get my prescription refills and never have an issue. The staff is super friendly and things are easy to find in the store.

🤠🤗✔This Walgreens usually has the heavy-duty pain medications for cancer patients and accident victims. When most pharmacies are not carrying them anymore, this particular store usually has them in stock. When you have a cancer patient out of their medications, you know what I am talking about. it's just merciful to be able to get the medications when you need them.⭐⭐⭐⭐

Wonderful pharmacy. They gave me a different manufacturer of a medication and when asked to change it they did with no problem. Thank you!

Its convenient to downtown Libertyville, however the pharmacy always irritates me! The pharmacist himself is very kind(Al), however the rest of the pharmacy staff are a hit or miss. Ive had more bad days versus good days. The prices for their prescription medications are so ridiculously overpriced that I always end up asking for my prescription back and bring it to Mariano's pharmacy and pay 1/3 the price! Its disappointing really! The Front End Staff are good but the cashier is always chewing gum🤔😂, it is a bit unprofessional if you ask me. The Managers and Elvira and Gina are very good though, always friendly!

Understaffed. Twice in a row, I was put on hold for 10 minutes, and then hung up on.

I came in Saturday afternoon to fill an RX. I spoke to Sara (pharmacy tech) and she told me it would be 15-20 minutes and they would page me. 30 minutes later I went back to the counter as no one had paged me. Ten minutes went by and no one even acknowledged I was there although I was in full view of the pharmacy tech Sara and the pharmacist. I finally asked if I should come back the next day. Sara explained that their dispensing machine was holding my medication hostage. They should have paged me at the 15 min mark and explained this to me. I wasted a ton of time. I came back the next day, stood at the counter and again was ignored for 10 minutes. This pharmacy needs to work on customer service. I won't use them again. Also, the place is absolutely filthy, an inch of dust on everything and it looks like they never clean their floors, counter tops, credit card machine or anything else. Bad news when it comes to virus and bacterial control.
